Starbucks — Restaurant in Alaska

I ordered 2 small green tea Frappuccino. They put in VT. I got the receipt and I told them right away that you put in wrong size. All I got was you have to go to service desk to get your refund or you can add something else to make equal amount. I just told them forget it. This is ridiculous. They took order and put in wrong and told your customer to for take care of it themselves at the service desk or get more stuff that they don't need. Will never go back again. Starbucks keep getting worsen on their hiring their staffs and training. I think I just need to stop Starbucks for good. This is not worth my time to deal with. Very disappointing. Not good..not...

If there was an option for a negative number of stars that's what I would give. The most terrible experience ever. There was one drink in front of ours and it took the guy 15 min to get his drink made. Then we sat there and waited and got one of our drinks. Waited 10 min..didny get the second one. So I went up and asked him if he was making it because he made 2 people's behind us their drink. He then proceeded to make 2 more drinks that were ordered after ours before he finally made the drink. Need to take a serious look at your work force there. There were a lot of missed off...

Yesterday I visited the Starbucks on Abbot Anchorage located in the Fred Meyer. It took 5 people 4 min to get my coffee. I watch them make other people coffee and the towel the used to clean the machine leaked it into somebody milk. That towel looked dirty and the girl was touching it with bare hands. Also her sweater sleeves were touching the coffee that she just make. Overall the higiene in that place is not to the standards. Is disgusting that they are using that nasty towel to clean the out of the boil milk that goes into the coffee. No hair...
