Hacienda Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Alaska

I am sorry as I usually do not do this, but the food here is not good; however the one caveat is this only applies to the chicken (as that is the dishes I eat). I have had multiple items off the menu culminating with the chicken enchiladas, and all of them were not very good. The chicken tasted over cook like it had been under heat lamps for days. This was compounded by an attempt to cover it by saturating it in sauce. Secondly the question tasted like wal mart brand that they literally have warmed all day. I don’t know if places in anchorage get good reviews because they’re the best in Alaska, but having had Mexican in multiple establishments and states I can definitely say this is probably the worst place I have eaten. I have been a client of the Hacienda restaurant for more than 10 years and today one of my favorite waitresses which I respect and care could not divide the bill between two clients, I simply asked her if it was difficult and that is why she could only make a receipt, and it was ok leave it one bill , but the owner came from not where with out know what’s going on the joke it was doing about it and took the things another level behaved rude and super unprofessional towards a colleague who had taken with me. Their appetizer is amazing because of the dips. The cheese dip is the perfect temperature and the flavor isn't noticed at first but it comes after you have chewed the chips. The mild dip has the tangy flavor in the beginning then it mellows out causing your taste buds to go for a little bit of a ride. The dips essentially give you two flavors and sensations in one.
