Starbucks — Restaurant in Alaska

This could possibly be the worst Starbucks in Anchorage. I live nearby, but I will travel to other locations just because this one is so terrible. Every time I come here, there is ALWAYS an issue. Sometimes I come and they are closed because no one showed up, and other times I’ve come and they are missing food items, ingredients etc. They should seriously consider closing this location. Today, it took 20 minutes for my drink because the “espresso machine” needed to warm up (I was the only person in line). Of course I’m told the espresso machine wasn’t working AFTER I paid...

i ordered a caramel snickerdoodle macchiato. & i showed the lady what syrups & milks needed to be added for whatever size you prefer. i ordered 2 of the same drinks. 1 small & 1 large . she charged me the same amount for both drinks $5.05 + $1.40 for soy milk. i ended up spending $12.00. she barley spoke english & didn’t put the lid on all the way and when she gave it to me it spilt and she didn’t bother to say sorry. i will not be going to this starbucks again ! ive always ordered the same thing and never spent $12.00 on 1 large & 1...

LaVera was my barista today, my first time seeing her. I frequent here for a drink during my lunch hour and normally interact with Cindy (who is wonderful). My experience with LaVera was very different, she obviously didn’t want to be at work. Made me a soy chai that tasted like dirty dish water. I’ve never met a barista that couldn’t make a decent soy chai. Also charged me for a grande when i asked for a tall. Won’t be buying anymore drinks...
