Palermo Pizza & Phillys — Restaurant in Alaska

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! YOU WILL GET OLD FOOD AND MAY CONTAIN HAIR FROM THE OWNERS HEAD.. I ordered 2 pizzas online through their online order site, and entered 6pm for my order. At 5:10 the driver calls me FROM outside my door. I told him i ordered for 6pm, through the online system. He didnt get that message he said, and would come back at 6. I explained i wouldnt even be home until 615, thats why i wanted the order placed for 6pm. I called the restaurant, spoke to the owner, David, he knows me, and he said that well, i ordered through "SLICE" And that it was basically my fault because slice didnt tell THEM it was made for 6pm. He argued with me, i said, well its a communication error between you and the website you've chosen to use for online ordering, not my fault and i shouldnt have to pay $60 fpr pizzas that are made almost 2hours before and basically when i asked if i was going to get fresh pizzas made and delivered as per the time i specified, he hung up on me. What a raunchy owner. Come 6:15, the driver shows back up with pizzas that are so old and nasty looking that i felt the need to blast that place online. I also contacted "SLICE (because i had email confirmation as to my time and order details. All "Slice" replied was soory for the inconvenience. They said, they spoke with the owner and his fax machine did not print the...

I like to support local businesses and I was intrigued when I received a menu in the mail. I gotta say, you’re better off getting pizza from one of the major franchises.

Fettuccine Alfredo: It looks like leftovers- when the cheese and grease separates to a pool at the bottom of your plate. No flavor, cheese isnt creamy, and the chicken was cut so thin it may as well have been lunchmeat.

Cheesy Breadsticks: the cheese was put on the bread after it was cooked, so pulling pieces apart results in a piece of greasy bread with no cheese on it. I have no problems with greasy food, but it better pack some flavor.

Pepperoni pizza: The only decent part of my order, and I’m afraid I’m being too generous by using the word “decent”. Its edible, but i’ve eaten better pizza in the middle east. The pieces were all different sizes, like someone grabbed leftover pieces and put them together in the oven. That theory was pushed further when I found a piece of spinach under the cheese on a single slice of pizza.

I dont mean to trash this restaurants name. I hope these details will result...

Horible food. I spent 30$ on a burger, a bbq philly, and two drinks. The best thing out of the order was the drink. My burger was burnt to a crisp, my lettuce and tomato was rotten and they gave me the heart of the lettuce with the end still attached, my bun was burnt as well. The bbq philly I ordered had no bbq sauce in it, I paid an extra 1$ to have jalapenos added to it and it only had 2 jalapenos in it, I asked for no mushrooms and found a mushroom inside it which could be deadly to someone with an allergy, and the out side of the bread was burnt as well. Horrible place to oder from save your money and go to McDonald's over this place. I would hate to see what the kitchen...
