House of the Rising Bun — Restaurant in Alaska

We stopped by house of the rising bun on our way to the airport to leave Fairbanks. Such a cute little shop. Great cinnamon rolls! Pretty good banana bread (especially if you like chocolate chips in your banana bread). My husband got the breakfast burrito and was a little disappointed, feels like it should've had more hash browns and less spinach or been called a breakfast wrap instead of a burrito. Very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend or return if we come back to Fairbanks...

The House of the Rising Bun has great espresso drinks and my favorite matcha in town. I come here with my friends often and I love the atmosphere of the place and the friendly staff.
