Came in today and the two young girls were not only rude, but needs a big lesson in ācustomer service.ā I asked for a 8oz almond mocha with almond milk. She said okay. Once I received my drink I tasted it. You couldnāt taste almond milk so I asked if it was a almond mocha with almond milk. She replied yes. I then told her nicely that it tasted nasty ( not rude or snarky) and she asked if I wanted her to put more almond milk in. I told her no ( because at that point I wouldāve paid extra for a new drink) she says have a nice day and slams the window and walks away. I had to beep my horn just to get someone back. The second young girls comes to the window and I ask if she is the manager? She says no. So I ask what is the other girls name. Iām met with a smirk and slight laugh when being told her name. Dunaan or something. I then ask the young girl if this is how they treat people? She states no, but she did ask if you wanted it remade and you said no. I said, I did not say that and neither did she. She asked if I wanted more almond milk not a remake, so donāt say things that are not true! Iāve come to this coffee shop for years and never treated how I was told! Very sad and I definitely know both those...

I didnāt like how they didnāt reach out to see if maybe Iād like to cancel my order or confirm what I was asking for. Usually thatās what the restaurant/coffee shop would do. Iāve even been called and told how they had to charge me extra money. Horrible customer service from diamond kindreds. Your business shouldnāt be on DoorDash if you canāt reach out to your customers need be. I filled juked considering I get my smoothie from 5th ave almost...
