McDonald's — Restaurant in Alaska

I remember growing up going to was McDonald's you know that was that treat that we got once in awhile because we'd been good or did our chores. We would even go in and sit down and eat inside. Well times have changed so this McDonald' It has become nothing more than a drive-through or a DoorDash delivery hub they reduced the seating to two tables. I had ordered my McRib on the app to try it out It basically completely taken out the whole interaction with you human being when I walked in I showed them my phone which is what it told me to do and they handed me my order in a bag didn't ask me for here to go just handed me the order in a bag ready to go So I proceeded to sit at one of their tables and eat and drink my soda and I was waiting for a ride so I knew I was going to be in there for a little bit longer than normal. I had used the bathroom which I had to ask an employee to unlock the bathroom door to even allow me to use the bathroom and then when I came out of the bathroom after using it I could hear the employees talking about me and how long I've been sitting there and the restaurant and it was weird that I'd been there that long no one had asked me why I was there that long or anything like that is just weird that somebody would sit at a restaurant and eat food so I give it one star for atmosphere and only three stars for service since all they really did was hand me a bag and then talk about how weird I was for...

Very rude customer service. I was needing a to go bag with handles and the manger lady told me in a very rude way that " their for door dash orders only" I THen asked what was her issue because she didn't acknowledge me until my 5th " excuse me ?" Also the store wasn't busy. They're was two ppl behind me that day one guy and one female. They're expression on their faces was the same as mine # DISBELIEF #DISGUSTED in addition, the manger ( large lady) already had an attitude because I requested a fresh order of French fries because the ones I received were burnt and old like the grease needed to be changed. I had ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Unfortunately, due to my disability which the manager and her staff who was on headphones working the drive thru made fun of because of my shoes that I wore that day. I didn't feel the need to explain my disability and I simply needed a bag. I was refunded my order amount and my ticket was cancelled #80. I was unable to carry my order out of the door due to being refused a to go bag with handles. I felt ignored and I know that this was something that happened maybe a week ina half a go but I was so hurt and I struggled to come forth...

The person taking my order was rude and treated me as if I were an inconvenience for me not knowing what meal number I was placing since I was just reading off a list and didn't have any need to look at the screen the number didn't seem relevant as long as she knew the order # and the items I asked for to purchase were in the final stage of my visit to McDonald's. Then the specifics I had mad very clear to order and was even repeated on my order verbally then verified on the receipt when I made it back to where I was bringing the food for myself and others two of the orders were not made to requests one of the orders requests was almost an additional $2. Then when I called to tell them I'd be back the person said "ok just come back and we will fix it" not bothering to say "we close in three minutes, the order won't be able to be fixed tonight" nope they led me to think the 5 minutes it took to drive there would be fine and the people who had messed up orders didn't get what they wanted then by the time I made it back with the same food from the first trip their food was cold.
