Went in with my family on Sunday September 30th. I had received a coupons from the women’s show.(The promotion was one free large pizza with the single topping also 50% off a pizza)So I thought it be nice to have pizza. Duh free pizza. Went into the facility which was dirty. The coolers weren’t stocked. No one greeted us upon arrival. Someone was on the phone placing a order that’s fine but with 3 other employees working we should of got greeted.So when I go to place my order I show the staff my coupons he’s clearly in training . He was very respectable and nice. But whom ever is training him is a really mean person . I don’t know how else to say it. She was nearly yelling at him when he’s certainly trying . Then continues to be so rude to him. Then get mad and acts she doing us a favor by taking two coupons. Which we would of been fine if explained that to us.Instead making myself and the new hire feel uncomfortable. So then we wait the 25-30 mins. We return to pick up pizzas which were different from what we order. I was already upset with the situation that happened earlier. Explain it’s fine it was a free pizza I can’t really complain. But then I did want to speak with the manager about the situation that happened. She thought I was because of the missed placed order. I continue and said it’s because you were completely rude to your coworker in front of myself and family. Then she gave me a lot more attitude. I wrote down my number for the manager. So hopefully I’ll get to speak with the manager.But I will not be returning as a customer to this location. I know it seems ridiculous that I’m writing this whole long complaint out, when I was more or less just getting free pizza. But the way she disrespect the poor kid was so horrible I had too. Read moreThe fact that I’m taking the time to write this says it all! We just did a military move here and are busy unpacking all of our stuff. We have 3 little ones so I decided to get papa Murphys which at our last home was quick, easy and tasty. Today I ordered a pizza for us and did an online order. My husband drove the 30 minutes round trip to pick up our order. When we got it home the ticket on the outside said exactly what I ordered but the pizza underneath had none of the customizations. I called and assumed they would say something like “oh so sorry here’s a free pizza next time you come in” or at the very least 50 percent off. Instead she talked to the manager and said the manager can offer you 25 percent off next time. The girl I talked to was pleasant and professional which I appreciated, however, I was not impressed with management. Maybe the is normal here, hopefully we’ll have better luck...
Read moreI made an online order to pick up at 8:45 PM (they close at 9pm) at 6:25 PM for two pizzas. I get a call at 8:30 PM from one of the employees asking me if I’m still coming to pick it up and was being very rude to me. I explained that I put on my order that I’ll be picking it up at 8:45 and that’s what I put on my order. She rudely says they made it hours ago and I should make it for pickup around 8:15 because they’re doing all their closing duties between then and 9pm. I’ve always loved papa Murphy’s pizza, but boy the customer service is horrible here since the new management. Please train your staff that if closing time is at 9, you’re open until 9. Not advertising 9 and being rude to customers that make pickups at 8:45 more than 2...
