Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alaska

We ordered from this location while staying in a hotel in Anchorage. We received half our order with the wrong soda. I called back to ask for the rest of the order (I ordered on their website but the driver was DoorDash I guess so he didn't know what I had ordered and could not help me) and after being first hung up on, then left on hold, finally got ahold of someone and requested they send us the rest of our order. So they did but we got an entirely different person's order-none of what they sent was part of our original order.

I called again and they left me on hold. So I called again and they did not pick up. Wondering if they were avoiding me since I had already established they had my number on caller ID, I used my husband's cell phone and they picked up immediately... which makes me think they were indeed ignoring me.

I told them it was 10PM, and we were tired of this (we'd ordered for the first time two hours earlier) and just to refund me for what we didn't get. They said okay and that I would see a credit in 3-5 days. It has been 11 days and I have not seen a credit. I haven't decided if I want to just give up so I don't have to deal with them again or not. I am not a person who is rude but this was super frustrating. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut. They didn't seem to have any idea what...

Just got a pizza from here delivered and it was awful. I love stuffed crust pizza but the last few times it has been very bad. This time was the worst I’ve ever had. First off, it was cold. This has been happening to me since they started using DoorDash drivers to deliver. Next, I put “please don’t undercook” in the special instructions because I’ve found that if I don’t put that, there’s a high likelihood that the pizza will show up undercooked: completely undercooked in the middle. Not sure if stuffed crust pizzas are particularly susceptible to this but doesn’t happen to me with any other pizza types. When the pizza arrived, it was not only cold but chewy, hard and dried out. There was no meltiness to the cheese and the crust was hard to bite through and chew. The toppings were completely dried out. We placed an online order at a little before 8pm to have delivered at 9. I got the text message at 8:44 that our order was out for delivery. At 9:35 I called to check status and was on hold for over 15 mins. When I finally spoke to a person I was told the driver was out with our delivery and that he would comp it since it was almost an hour late. We waited until about 10:30 and called back again. I was told our order was sitting there and that they tried to deliver but got no answer. This was a lie because we were home and in the living room about 10 ft from the door. I also have a Ring doorbell and no driver ever came. They then said they would remake it and have it to us in about a half hour. Finally at 11:13 our order was delivered. I ordered Buffalo Mild wings which was clearly stated on the receipt but received Honey BBQ - which we do not like because of the sweetness and our Blue Cheese dipping sauce was not included.
