I freaking love blue market, Ak.
It’s a woman owned business.
They have fresh baked stuff every day. They have a lot of bulk items. This trip I got seasonings, some focaccia bread, bagels from Motley Crew, bakery at Bean’s Café.
The freezer and fridges were stocked full of meat, fish, pasta, and produce.
The staff is friendly, kind and educated. I have food allergies and they’re always happy to talk to me about what ingredients go into some of their fresh items like in-house made hummus. I appreciate that.

There’s always something new and exciting on the shelves, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

If you care about sustainability, quality products, and great service, Blue Market is...

Be sure to bring your own containers otherwise plan on about $0.50 to 1.00 per container if you purchase from the bulk section.
I stop in almost daily for fresh fruit, and my kids are obsessed with the baked goods. The cinnamon rolls and cookies are amazing. This store truly offers something special. kitchen supplies, household, cleaning goods, jewelry, art and makeup, mostly handcrafted stuff.
The Spenard community is blessed to have such a unique place, and hopefully someday they’ll decide to move to...
