Are you kidding me? So we go in and its empty. They have three people sitting at the counter ready to take our order. Staff was very friendly and beautiful. They definitely tried hard to make very nice looking sandwiches too. So we get to our table and there's trash on the floor (I cleaned it up for them on the way out) and what we get brought out to us is store bought bread and quite possibly Oscar Mayer lunch meat. And its cold. Did you honestly believe your customers want and expect this? Do I even need to say more? Why would you not buy Great Harvest bread if you are not able to make it in-house? Why would you not buy meats from Costco or at THE VERY LEAST use Land O' Frost? No one wants to eat buddig or whatever horrifically cheap meats you put out :( I ate mine because I was really hungry but my friend could only choke down half of her since part of the problem was it was served cold. We were never asked if we wanted it hot or not and quite frankly just expected it to be. Never in a thousand years would we expect a grade-school lunch sandwich for what, 7,8,9 dollars? sigh. Its beyond me why people are rating this so high. You lost two potential (active) customers because she's never going in there again and I'm not the one with the car. I'm sorry. Please, try harder and buy quality ingredients. Also, iceberg lettuce? give me a break. You know how cheap leaf lettuce is? Who buys...
Read moreI’ve ordered delivery so many times from Sarah’s Too as a regular delivery customer, and they were perfect until December. I placed my usual order and it showed up wrong. The person over the phone tried to correct it by taking the wrong sandwich and replacing it with an extra charge which I was okay with. They ended up deciding that I placed the wrong order(whoever took my order was adamant that I ordered what she entered but I have NEVER ordered that) and I would not be refunded and was stuck with the inedible sandwich I was given. The person over the phone said “I don’t know what to do at this point”. I waited awhile and today decided I would give them a second chance. I did my regular order and sure enough.... It showed up wrong. A seafood salad sandwich even though my receipt said chicken salad. This is VERY dangerous for those with seafood allergies. I ordered the sandwich at 12:30, called to correct it once delivered at 1:10, and did not receive my ordered sandwich until 3:20. I called to check at 2 and 3 to see where my order was and at 3 I was hung up on after they said it was on its way. I couldn’t even finish my “thank you”.Very disappointed and I feel like I was picked out as the “bad customer” from our previous order(even though I did my usual)as my coworkers order showed up perfectly. Sad to say today was my last time...
Read moreI rarely ever leave reviews for the places that I eat, but I couldn't not share this experience. I'll start by saying that the owner should be embarrassed at the lack of customer service by all employees in the front. I should have left after not being greeted for almost five minutes, standing there while being ignored by everyone, but I was really wanting to try the food. Finally, after listening to the sandwich artist and the girl at the desk converse over a personal conversation, I gave my order to a flustered young girl. I sat at one dirty tables, and waited for my food. I was hoping that at least the sandwich would be good. It was not. I had to pick off a lot of brown lettuce, and for a place claiming to be a healthier option than fast food, I might as well have had McDonald's. You guys, just do not eat there.........
