I was very disappointed with the service (or lack there of) Now to start with I like the pizza here, but my experience as a customer here will mean I will never get pizza from this company ever again. We ordered a pizza the day after Christmas at 5 pm. After 2 hours of waiting for a pizza got a call saying they were canceling our order due to them not delivering to the town 20 miles away that had a road with the same name as the road I live on, in the notes for the order we even specifically stated where the address was ( less than 5 miles from their location). Then on that call they asked to give them another chance to deliver a new fresh pizza and that they would deliver it within 30 minutes. 40 minutes later the delivery guy calls saying he is leaving their store. We canceled the order and requested a refund and the confirmation code for the refund. 30 minutes after the order is canceled the delivery guy shows up and tryâs to give me the now cold 3 1/2 hour late pizza. They said they sent the code to confirm the refund via email and couldnât give us a code over the phone. Now 4 days later we still havenât gotten an email, and we had to go through our credit card company to verify the refund. After nearly half an hour on the phone with customer service and having to call to check on a refund with my credit card because their customer service couldnât provide verification that the refund was sent their customer service agent made the comment âWell now do you believe me that I sent your refund!â This was by far my worst customer service experience that I have ever had with ordering food in my entire life. While I like the pizza here, no one from my family will ever eat at one of these...
   Read moreMy wife and I Ordered a pizza, the driver started walking up the driveway but turned around like she was going to leave until she saw me standing at my doorstep. Then the driver came to the door and said she went to the wrong door and someone tried to sign it and take the pizza. She then said she forgot a pen and was trying to find the pen. She asked me if I had a pen she could have. And then she found a broken pen, she then broke the pen in half making me sign the receipt with only the ink stick (thatâs inside the pen). Didnât think anything of it and went to go enjoy it. There ended up being hair in the food. My wife has long curly black hair and I have curly blonde hair. And there was a white hair in my food. No animals made that clear to them. I called them and they said the driver had to come back and â inspectâ a pizza for the hair? Then 30 minutes later, no one shows up. I called them again, they acted dumb like they didnât know what I was talking about. They put me on hold twice, then seemed to transfer the call just to answer it again like a new guest.    Read morePlaced an order on the 30th of October, and after the charge cleared my bank this morning I felt it was necessary to put I review in. First and foremost, DO NOT PAY WITH A CARD!! When the driver arrived to my home he acted as it was an inconvenience, the driver was overall rude, and with that being said I don't tip for horrible service (I used to work in the service industry). So I filled out the the receipt, zeroed the tip area, put the total, and signed. Now I knew the driver wasn't happy, I handed him the receipt he looked down at it immediately and made some comment under his breath, and left. Imagine my surprise this morning when I see my card was charged an additional amount.
Here's why they get a 1 star for this: Driver obviously decided to put his own tip on the receipt, the manager that is responsible for entering the tips from cards didn't find anything suspicious about the way that receipt must have looked.
