This location has consistently the rudest employees and longest wait times. I went in to order and the guy exhaled a dramatic sigh after every request to add an ingredient to the sandwich. He eventually gave up and began yelling at the person working the drive thru to switch with him. Everyone on shift huddled in the back bickering. Five minutes later a woman dramatically started putting on wilted vegetables that I didn’t ask for. She looked at me like I was asking her to give up her first born child when I asked not to have lettuce since it was so wilted. Note, the station was not clean. Tuna was smeared around. Most containers had a vegetable that didn’t belong in it. After that I decided to try again (because people can have bad days and maybe turnover could work in their favor). Turns out, the employees are equally standoffish, apathetic, and dramatic via drive thru. Looking at the sandwich, the order was wrong (incorrect toppings). In addition, the meat tasted off. Had to throw it away. I hope that whoever owns this locations can learn how to manage a restaurant. They need to shut down and retrain or hire new staff. After going back-and-forth I was totally nice to her explained the situation of the error and mistake and after multiple times of refusing, she just agreed to redo the sandwich and not charge me. Read moreOrdered the ultimate garlic roast beef n it was the skimpiest sandwich I've had from Subway ever, I thought the ultimates were "more" or bigger or whatever. I literally could have just ordered the regular roast beef n asked for garlic aoli n it would have been the same sandwich. See pics. I ordered lettuce, onion, spinach, olives, oil, and pepper on my sandwich. Oil was missing n had a sprinkle of pepper if that, and you can see the almost non existence of everything else.
