Taco Bell — Restaurant in Alaska

Meat & beans cold in a burrito which was wrapped like a birthday present, not like a burrito? Puzzling!

Pepsi out on both sides of the machine.

Many employees were on duty, after we were served, there were at least 8 people waiting for whatever reason with no employees showing their faces at the counter. Yet the drive-thru was moving steadily.

The restaurant was cold w/air blowing on me from under the table, no idea why.... it's Alaska in the WINTER!

4 bags for 'dashers' sat there the whole time we ate & were still there when we left.

Food was sparcely filled (tacos, burritos, etc). And we waited far too long considering the diningroom was empty when we got there.

Would never go back to this location... rethinking Taco Bell @ $54 for 3 people in general!

Poor supervisor, clearly poor manager & employees didn't give a damn.

If they a had a weight plate at the counter like the drive-thru I bet they'd give a crap! I'm sure that's the only reason the drive-thru was...

I arrived at this location University at 08:15am, Sunday lobby is closed and drive through is still barricaded. As I sit in my car searching accurate store hours I see a gentleman leaving the back door of the store. Okay, it’s closed. I drive to the next location under five miles away, College Rd. Who do I see pulling up next to Me? The other/same employee from the other store in his black Bronco and in his Taco Bell uniform. Knock on this location’s lobby door that is also closed and get handed his breakfast. I left his store that he closed and he was served breakfast before I was at a different location. Really?!!! To be served my breakfast by an employee with a dirty face mask at 08:30am. Unbelievable!!! Didn’t think a Customer would witness that blatant fraud and abuse of time money resources all at the expense of Customer Service and Satisfaction. As a Customer I was very disappointed, but not Surprised. How will they address this situation? Is this the standard for Fairbanks AK? Will Corporate or the Owners even care? Not hopeful....

THEY DON'T RESPECT THEIR DINE IN HOURS AND WONT MOVE THE DRIVE THRU LINE! I do drive thru here all the time and have spent ridiculous amounts of time waiting. First off their drive thru is constantly just at a full stop, almost everytime it completely stops for 10-20 mins. It'll go from one car sitting there at the ordering spot the entire time and then suddenly it'll start moving after extreme waits. Tonight I waited for 5 mins with the car at the ordering spot with their window up and no one taking their order. So I decided to finally just go to the door like others will, and they had just locked it at 6:10pm, even though on a monday it says dine in is open till 10pm!! It's unacceptable to think it's ok to close the doors at dinnertime when you won't even move the drive thru! I have 9 years of restaurant experience, 4 of which was fast food, 2 as supervisor, and closing with no note on the doors saying why is not ok! Restaurants can slow the flow of customers, but completely halting the drive thru and closing your doors is...
