Legitimately, this was some of the worst food that I have ever consumed in my entire life. Fairbanks is the capital of good Thai food in Alaska. I ordered what was marketed as Pad Thai, a flagship stable of Thai food and a dish that is very easy to make. What was presented to me should have been unfit for service to those in a penitentiary. We had a very late arrival to Fairbanks (2:30 AM). By 4:30 pm we were tired, hungry and not wanting to do the whole restaurant thing, so when we saw this place we just pulled in. A very sweet lady with a beautiful smile said, VEGAN? No problem. OMGoodness! What she made was the most amazing tofu and vegetable yellow curry. Hubby had a fabulous chicken pad thai. A great choice to satisfy your Thai craving! We went here at the beginning of our trip and had to visit again when we were in Fairbanks a week later—it's easily the best Thai food we had out of 5 Thai restaurants we tried around Alaska.
