Rewak Studios — Hotel in Fairbanks

I stayed here for almost 5 months while doing a work contract for the local hospital. I had a great stay and the location was incredibly convenient. I wasn’t able to get a car rental but Safeway is literally right across the street and it was easy to bike everywhere else. I've been staying here for the last, almost 2 months, and I have to say. It's a diamond in the rough. The building managers run a tight ship, if you need anything ask them and they jump on taking care of the issue right away weather it be something simple or complex. It's very simply a bed and a shower but Albert and Maryland make this place feel like home. I'll definitely be back because I've had nothing but good conversations and great interactions with the fellow residents...

Horrible place to stay. This place does not even earn one star. Thin walls, not family friendly,( Had 2 noise complaints for baby crying from fever) 1 VERY packed moldy fridge and freezer for everyone to share, moldy moist window sills, very poor house keeping, racist and disrespectful manager, located in one of the shady parts of the city, no privacy, bad parking, sketchy neighbors, dirty laundry area, the list goes on!!
