Visited this place earlier (06/12/2025 at around 7:27PM). Completely chaotic staffing with only 2-3 cars in the drive-thru and my father and I being the only ones inside the lobby (besides a Dasher), almost acting like it was a lunch rush of some kind. Older gentleman kept getting our order wrong, even after stating the corrections right away and having them relayed back to us, but I'm going to blame the imbalance with the staffing on that one because he did want to make our orders right, but the rest of the coworkers were not communicative enough to him upon requesting our order to be fixed. Poor guy kept getting ignored 80% of the time and was handed sandwiches to put in whatever bag. Literally. Asked what wrapped sandwich was what and was yelled at to put it in whatever bag.
Someone came in wanting a salad, was told they didn't have any chicken strips and the customer seemed fine with that, but their order was never taken and was ignored, resulting in them walking out.
Watched an (older looking) employee walk out mid-shift after aggressively dumping the frozen fry bag into the trays (having fries going all over the floor due to the aggression) and slamming down the other fry bags onto the drawer where I'm guessing the other extra bags went, attempting to shove the drawer in after. Heard his coworkers calling out to him as he was pressing buttons into the kiosk before storming out. Assumptions were confirmed after hearing one of them stating "he just walked out". I'd give 5/5 for the entertainment! Absolute cinema.
The manager seemed to have a bit of an ego though because when coming to question what the issue was, I had to re-explain to him that we had an extra of a sandwich we didn't order, was still missing one, and he had attitude asking "you didn't want (item), right??", to which, yeah, that was one we originally wanted fixed, but the main issue was we had a sandwich that we didn't even order and was missing one, lol. We just took whatever was given and left, we were already running late to where we needed to be given we had been in the lobby for over a half an hour at that point (and all for 4 sandwiches, 2 being combos, and 2 frostys.....).
Overall, this used to be my favorite spot to come to growing up since I was a kid, but there definitely needs to be some kind of staff inspection with this location, especially with the manager. He can't seem to give proper communication, gives attitude to staff and customers, and just walks off without further information. Glad we got our food at...
Read moreI don't know who answered the phone around 8:25-8:30pm tonight, but the way they acted was awfully disrespectful. We were sold a small pumpkin frosty (they didn't have any other sizes or other flavors), only to find out immediately after we left the drive through (stopped in the parking lot) to realize we didn't get the frosty. They had already forgotten one of our burgers so we didn't pick up on it at first. We sit in the parking lot to call the store to say they forgot the frosty, only to be told they don't have any. We're confused, because why sell us a product if you were out? But the man on the phone wasn't listening to what we were saying. He's like "Well ma'am, we don't have anymore. It will take 45 minutes for them to thicken." Then why sell something you don't have? That's what we were trying to tell him, but he kept insisting they didn't have any and it would take 45 minutes to be redone. (YELLING mind you). He wouldn't explain why he was selling something they didn't even have. He wouldn't explain ANYTHING, but offered for us to come back tomorrow for another one. We responded, "It's pretty rude to ask us to drive all the way back across town for a frosty you sold us knowing you didn't have it." He yelled for us to repeat ourselves and when it was repeated at -his- volume, he then HUNG UP ON US. The fries were also old and kinda cold, but that's neither here nor there. And more icing to this cake, is that they forgot to add bacon on the burger they forgot, ITS...
Read moreI honestly don’t even know why I bother coming here, so really that’s on me. Every other month or so I come back thinking “maybe the staff has changed! Maybe this time will be better!” And I am not using hyperbole, every single time, they are out of things or get my order wrong. In the drive through today I asked for the new cob salad and the man answered “no we don’t have it” ok how about the Caesar salad “no” ok do you have any salads “uhhhh no, no, no, no, no”. Uhhh ok a Spicy chicken sandwich then.
Like why in earth would you not lead with “hey, I’m sorry we’re out of salad.”?? Are you an alien?? Are you ok? He sounded so dead inside I actually felt bad for him. Then we get our food and the fries were so over cooked they were basically inedible for even the toddler. Then I opened my sandwich and saw that they either didn’t bother to add the lettuce or didn’t bother to tell me they were also out of lettuce.
I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this is only the most recent example of what I noted above and I’m kind of flabbergasted that corporate has allowed this location to function at this level for this long. There a huge problem, likely somewhere in the upper management at this location because how do you explain this store always being...
