Lots of potential at this location, great location, great menu options, and a beautiful building too. But the employees? They are very rude. Not just the girl today either. I don’t know if they are stressed in there or what, but they weren’t busy. The food is good only 50% of the time, but it’s what was open and I do like Taco Bell. Today my quesadilla was burnt, and my taco was cold. I wouldn’t be writing this review had she been nice to me. I would’ve just stuck my taco in the microwave and dealt with it. No excuse for bad food, but kindness goes a long way. When I placed my order at the speaker, she was very quick and short with her responses like she was in a hurry. I get to the window, and I was trying to use tap pay- but I had someone blowing up my phone and it wouldn’t let me use tap pay while they were calling. That was bothering me already, bc I know she has a job to do and goals to meet. But twice I reached out to tap the reader while I could, and she set it back down and turned away to continue taking the order on the headset. It was inconveniencing her that I wasn’t moving fast enough. It was bothering me just as much to have my phone blown up and I didn’t want to inconvenience her! I understand drive thru times so I get it. But to be disrespectful to me over something I couldn’t control, is horrible customer service. In no circumstance should she be rude to any customer for any reason. With that kind of attitude and body language, she needs to be in the kitchen away from customers. What would it take to place the other customer on hold, and finish this experience with me to have a happy customer? Would’ve took me 30 seconds if she would’ve given me that much time. I don’t even expect to leave happy, I just expect good food but this was not the case today. Bad service and food. I wish I knew her name. If I ever come back, it won’t be in the drive thru. (I didn’t think to take a pic until i was almost done. Not everybody likes theirs burnt but I tolerated it). If it’s hard for you to be nice, find...
Read moreI'm been staying in Albany for about a month now for work and love going to taco bell to eat. But everytime I've been to this taco bell they always get something wrong on my order. I always get a bean burrito with no onions when I go. The simplest of all items on the menu it's literally a tortilla with beans and mild sauce and i always request no onions bc it normally comes with onions and I don't like raw onions. Yet overtime I order it they always put onions on it. Like why do you have employees that can't do the simple job of making an item to order, when they literally just want you to put one less ingredient on it which you would that should simplify the their jobs for them. But no instead, all of the 4 times that I have been here to order over the past month they have put onions on by burrito. Do you realize how incontinent it is to customers to have to turn around or go inside to have the employees remake it every single time I go? I can understand this is bout to happen occasionally, especially when they're all busy and have a bunch of orders waiting to be made. But 3 out of the 4 times I've been was around 3 in the afternoon when I was the only customer in the drive thru, and I'm pretty sure two if those times I was the only car even in the entire parking lot. Like seriously don't take the time to take a customers order if you're not going to take the time to get it right. Now Ive started driving to the other side of town to tacobell to eat bc I haven't had any issues with getting correct the simplest order on the...
Read moreWhen I pulled up to the speaker I got ignored for 3 minutes. They finally take my order after I reverse and drive back over the speaker. I order my food w 3 orders of cinnamon bites, and they wave for me to stop and wait before I get to the window, as to not get on the timer. We were waiting on my cinnamon bites, I get it. So then a car pulls up behind me, and looks at me like I’m crazy. I said they told me to wait. So the employee waves me forward and she says “my manager said to ask you do you want cinnamon sticks because we don’t have the cinnamon bites”. (Because someone was behind me and their food was ready) I don’t believe that they were out of cinnamon bites. And when she answered the headset I heard in the background “that’s why you get on our nerves” sounding like someone is being bullied in there. Possibly the girl on the headset tonight. Taco Bell needs to do better. This is my 3rd bad report. And she doesn’t ask to take your order she says “hi do you have a DoorDash?” It’s hard to believe there was a manager in there at all. I cannot come eat here and expect that they are handling the food properly back there, so I won’t be returning. The manager doesn’t care about anything, and damn sure not food quality. My chicken was rubbery. When you see a manager that doesn’t care, your imagination runs wild. All the germs back there probably. Yuck. Hopefully these reviews reach somebody. My family won’t...
