Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Albany

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. word to the wise if you are people of COLOR please do not go to this establishment. They really don't want you in there. I gave them the first time I went in there, but I said maybe if I try them again it will be different. IT WAS NOT! They don't speak to you, They ignore you and when you do get to the register there's no " HELLO HOW ARE YOU TODAY?" they continue to hold a conversation about high school stuff and school captains and try outs, etc. But When caucasian people come in the energy is totally DIFFERENT. Today put the icing on the cake for me though. All I ordered was 12 cookies that was already packaged, all they had to do was count the cookies and bring me my cookies. She She rung up 4 people after me who were all caucasian, gave them their orders, Then she goes in the back to count my cookies and bring them to me after everyone has left! I know racism still exists in the world today but if you don't want people of color coming in here PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR!! that states that!! Be able to put your jim crow actions to the side and service customers, regardless of your prejudices!! CHIKEN SALAD CHIK will NEVER get any more of my money! To all my fellow brown people DONT GO TO THIS PLACE, HONEY BAKED HAM SHOWS YOU BETTER LOVE THAN THIS PLACE DOES!!!...

My husband and I ordered two containers of chicken salad and spent $20 through waiter to have it delivered. Their app advertised that this container of chicken salad feeds 3 people. There is absolutely NO WAY! Someone made a mistake and didn’t weigh these containers right or something. It would have been a very simple fix for them to just send us the right amount but instead when we called and spoke with Monique the manager, she argued with my husband and was extremely rude!! She tried to say that a scoop of chicken salad is 4 oz and the containers we received were made daily and weighed 8oz. How does that math make sense when it’s advertised that this container should feed 3 people? It should at least weigh 12 oz to feed 3. Our concern was that there wasn’t even 8oz in there! I understand fresh cost more, and it’s worth it quality wise because their chicken salad is by far the best in town but bad business is bad business and I most definitely won’t be back if they hire management that argues with customers and refuses to even try and make the situation right. She wasn’t apologetic at all! Horrible horrible...

I went to the drive thru and ordered the pam's parm caesar wrap without tomatoes. This heavy set white chic toke my order. So as I get down the road something said check your wrap so I did and guess what tomatoes on it. I can't eat tomatoes so I went back and spoke with the assistant manger Tieria and told what happen so they remade it and I said let me check it so it was right. My wrap was broken all up it was wet as well so I asked for the General Manger which is Tiara she came to the window saying she made it and it wasn't broken I said I didn't did it. It make me feel like they did it on purpose because they had to remake my order. That's not my fault because your cahier not listen to the customer and they wasn't busy. I had to give a star because it want let you post without it. This meal was a waste of my money so the trash it went. Cant eat a broken and wet wrap I didn't it until I got home to eat it.
