Wonderful company to work with!! My boyfriend purchased a pair of Justin’s a few months ago while out of town for work. He wears them hard and they ended up having some issues with the boot separating from the sole. We contacted tree manufacturer who said it would be 4-6 weeks for them to assess the issue and potentially send a new pair. Being that they are worn daily for work, going without for a month is not an option. It was at this time I contacted Shoe Box directly by phone. Adam was immediately happy to help. Given the description I gave, he advised he was sure they could honor a replacement but would just have to look at them first. We sent pictures of the boots and received an immediate response back offering a credit and replacement!! We shipped the boots, and had the new pair within a few days. Of course Justin was out of the original boot purchased, so we had to select a new pair. They unfortunately were not a right fit. Too narrow and my boyfriend could barely get his foot inside. However, again Adam was very prompt to respond and willing to help us out!! He offered us multiple options of how we could proceed. There ended up being a pair of the original boots, but in an EE (extra wide). Being that my boyfriends issue is the width of the boot, we opted to have this one shipped. We sent back the second pair of boots, and again had the new pair within a day. These were a PERFECT fit!! This company and Adam were willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and gain a life long customer!!
