I was a faithful customer. 2-3 times a week I would purchase their strawberries and cream. One day I went in to order my usual and I also ordered a small sweet fruit bowl for my son with just fruit , cream and granola. After we received our order and got in the car my son showed me a spider that was in his bowl, so I discretely and respectfully took the bowl back in show one of the employees the spider. The nasty attitude and lack of customer service that I received was unlike anything I have ever experienced in customer service. I simply asked if they could make me another one, not only did I have to wait almost 45 min for it, but if was thrown together with no care what do ever and I top of that I was not what I ordered. They added honey to it which I specifically did not ask for because my son is allergic and then refused to fix it, that is after arguing with me and my mother back and forth about it. I didn’t even ask for my money back I just wanted them to fix it and they refused to and rudely returned my money. They never apologized for their mistake or for the spider being in my sons fruit bowl. I called to speak with the manager and they refused to let me speak to the manager. Read moreI wanna start this off by saying I’ve never had a bad experience until today at caribe and it was My very first time going into this location today, the ladies at the newest location are so sweet! & most definitely will be my last time. I went into the location pictured and I witnessed the two young ladies making orders going into 2-3 orders going into to back for supplies all while not changing gloves. I asked nicely if she would mind changing her gloves she said NO, I then said I’m sorry but are you saying you won’t change your gloves in between customers she said no. I I proceeded to walk out of the restaurant and the two ladies began to laugh as I exited I then told them if they were to have a health inspector present it wouldn’t go well with them not being sanitary and changing the gloves they use between customers orders. Read moreI was in town for my mother-in-laws funeral. I had been seeing my friends and also hearing my daughter talk about this place. I decided to try them out. The first young lady that greeted me was not the one to help me- they did not have name badges therefore ; I can not tell you her name. The young lady that helped me was rather rude with a very dismissive attitude. I asked that a few things be added to my salad, she added what she wanted me to have and then stated to me that because she had already cut one fruit that basically she would not be added the other. So, in others I did not get what I asked for.… I gave that salad to my aunt. Day, 2. I asked my husband to take me back the next day to see if I would get a different result and I got the same young lady with the same nasty attitude. Needless to say, it’s a no for me!
