Dear Dutch Bros Coffee Customer Service,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service my wife, co-workers, and I have consistently experienced at the Dutch Bros location on Santiam Avenue in Albany, Oregon, over the past one to two months.

Unfortunately, our visits—regardless of the time of day—have been met with disappointing service. We have encountered issues such as incorrect drink orders, and on several occasions, the staff have displayed an unwelcoming attitude. Given the reputation of Dutch Bros as a popular and customer-oriented establishment, my expectations for service quality were understandably much higher.

It is disheartening to repeatedly have these experiences, as we genuinely enjoy your products and wish to support a local business. I believe that everyone can have off days, but the consistency of the poor service we have received raises concern.

I love this location! It is always busy but worth the wait. The customer service has been amazing each time I visit. You have a great team that appears to work together. They can customize just about any drink, and the prices are reasonable compared to several of the other coffee shops I've been to. The staff is always friendly and attentive when we visit. There are times when I have questions about their products, and they are always helpful with suggestions.

I recently found a customized drink on social media that had raving reviews, and I wanted to give it a try. I keep a screenshot of the drink so that I can show it to them when I order. It looks different every single time I order it, but the drink is always amazing! They have all done an excellent job with their own personized versions of the beverage. It is a double-blended orange creamsicle rebel with soft top parfait and pomegranate drizzle. Absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend it! It is now my go-to drink from Dutch Bros. My daughter loves the iced Sugar free Golden Eagle, and I also like the blended Double Torture.

First, let me say I love Dutch Bros. Sadly, I really sir me this location.

In order to facilitate the movement of customers there are too lines on the non-street side. Easy enough. There is a sign instructing drivers to take the short line. All well and good.

On this day, short line with one car was the right lane away from the window. The longer line has two cars. As I sat waiting for someone to take my order the window side lane went through three cars while I and the car in front still waited. I could wait no longer so I left

There was only one person taking orders outside and he was on the street side. Others stores put two people outside to take orders and will often overlo on the same side when one is finished and the other side gets longer. The store on Ninth for example.
