I forgot to take a picture of the drink I got because is super nasty. I noticed the shop claims that they’re truly authentic Taiwanese boba shop, so it’s usually hard to make the drinks awful. I ordered pure winter melon tea which is a normal local Taiwanese will judge one store if they have it on the menu. However, the color of the winter melon tea are so blend and light which there are only two ways. One, the store is about to close so they give me the leftovers that they about to dump. Second, they use winter melon powder instead of cube. Overall, really disappointed on the drinks, but the workers are nice and friendly. Hope you make some changes to sustain the quality. I might change my reviews, if I have the chance to come visit again. Just visit here the second time, the winter melon tea is still blend just like water, and the boba is a bit hard and chewy, but you can get free sticker, which this the only compliment I can think of.

Wow! I'm so happy they opened up this amazing boba place in Albany! Now I don't have to drive all the way to Corvallis!!!! šŸ˜‹šŸ§‹ This is my first visit and I already can't wait to go back! I was so curious about the cheese foam so we got a Taro Slush and a Blueberry Slush and the regular Taro milk tea all with honey boba added (although I also added some crystal boba). I wasn't sure about the cheese with the taro flavor but the very helpful ladies working assured me that many people love it and now I can see why!!!! It was so amazing (like a delicious cheesecake cream)! Both flavors were delicious and one I ordered at 50% sweet and it was perfect (I may order them all that way next time but none of them were too overpowering). Again, I'm so SO very happy to have a new drink spot in town! 🤤🄰

I love this place. It's so much better than those places that have 30 flavors but mostly rely on powders to do it. Everything I've gotten here has consistently been made well. My typical order is peach milk tea with brown sugar or crystal boba, but I also like the taro, jasmine, and strawberry milk teas. I've tried some of the seasonal ones and those are always good. My family likes the brown sugar latte (made with coffee from a local roaster), the Thai milk tea and the chai tea latte. The snacks are really good, too. We love the popcorn chicken, postickers and bao.

Dishonest, Rude, and Dangerously Incompetent

I have never been so insulted and disrespected by a business in my life. From the moment I walked into BoBo Boba, the staff couldn’t even muster basic courtesy—just blank stares, silence, and smirks when I complimented their shop. But that was just the beginning of the nightmare.

The real issue? They blatantly lied to my face about my drink. I have a dairy allergy, so I specifically ordered my drink with oatmilk. I watched as the teenage employee—completely indifferent—poured whole milk into my drink, stuck it in the fridge, and then had the audacity to look me dead in the eye and insist she used oatmilk when I called her out. I saw it happen. There was no mistake, no confusion, just a straight-up lie.

When I confronted her, instead of apologizing or remaking the drink (you know, the bare minimum), she doubled down with a smug "No, no," like I was hallucinating. $7 wasted on a drink that could’ve made me sick, served with a side of attitude and zero accountability.

The customer service was abysmal, the integrity nonexistent, and the sheer arrogance of lying to a paying customer is unforgivable. I used to come here regularly, but after this disgraceful experience, I’m done. Never again.

If you care about your health, your money, or basic human decency, stay far away from BoBo Boba. They don’t deserve...

I've tried quite a few of their drinks by now. During the summer their teas (boba, milk, and fruit) were always wonderful and still are. Now that fall is upon us they have introduced their Hot Drink Menu and I am quite excited. This is one of the few places I've visited that knows how to properly stretch milk for a latte. The Brown Sugar Boba Latte is wonderful. I haven't had Boba in a hot drink or coffee before and this is a great experience. The atmosphere here is very chill and relaxing. Cute toys, statues, and characters are all around. The musical choices are always on point. Service is always top notch, the workers actually seem to care about you and your visit. Far superior to many chains in Oregon. I really hope to see this shop continue. More people should be getting...
