Godfather's Pizza Express — Restaurant in Albany

Got double charged for pizza- had paid with Apple Pay online, and when my husband picked up the order, he was made to pay for it again even though I already paid. When I called them, the woman on the phone made it seem like they weren’t aware that they had double charged me, and said she had to talk to a manager and wouldn’t be able to do anything until Monday. It’s Thursday. You can’t refund me the money that YOU charged me until Monday?! What kind of BS is that? Not ordering here again. Thanks, but no thanks. The young lady who took our order had a shirt on that said "this isn't gas station food, we just happen to sell gas" (that's as close as I can remember) and this was exactly true. I've missed Godfathers Pizza since it left St. Cloud and happened to be in the Albany area and thought I'd stop in and was very happy I did. We typically like this place to eat however for the past few visits the girls at the counter hover over you as you are signing their copy of the receipt to keep for records which I entirely don't have an issue with however when you leave a small tip they treat you entirely different. Kind of disappointing as we've been loyal customers...
