I decided to try Rigoberto's for the first time. The parking lot is a little tricky depending on which side you come in. You'll need to back into your parking space if you turn into the lot from the main road. They offer ample parking. Rigoberto's has indoor and outdoor seating. The first thing I noticed was that the restaurant was clean and well organized. We looked at the menu on the wall. It is transparent with the prices. It is a very casual and comfortable place to eat.

I ordered the bean & cheese burrito (no sauce) with rice and beans, and my son ordered the chimichanga. The employee was friendly when she took our order. After ordering, I noticed a little self serve bar over to the side with several different types of sauces, veggies, peppers, and utensils. That is perfect since you have the ability to choose or mix your favorite sauce. It is included in the cost of your meal. The food didn't take long, and it was hot when we received it.

Overall, the food was decent for this type of establishment. The portions were plentiful, and we spent around $30 for our meals and beverages. I recommend the avocado sauce, mild sauce, and a little extra hot sauce (if you can handle heat since it is quite spicy) mixed together. It was excellent on my burrito, rice, and beans. I was not a fan of the peppers from the bar. They had a flavor I didn't particularly care for, but I know that a flavor palate is subjective. The peppers are popular, so I recommend at least giving them a try. I will return and try a new dish on...

I have eaten here a few times and as I pulled through drive up with my food I was thinking how I should ask my family if they have ever eaten at this place. The food is good. I wanted street tacos. Marinated pork is what I asked for. I don’t know what they call it here as I don’t speak Spanish so I asked the lady I ordered from a couple times and described the marinated pork. They call it Adobada at Tony’s Taco in Lebanon. She repeated back to me after I told her a few times and I couldn’t understand her very well. I heard her say you want Pork? I said,”yes please”. Not knowing there is plain pork also. Well that’s what they gave me. Plain pork. I turned around and went back through drive through. Explained to the attendant at the order board that I didn’t want plain pork. I wanted the marinated pork and I was given the wrong kind. I pulled up to the window and asked them if they wanted to take it back and toss it or what. Fully expecting them to give me what I asked for and paid $13 dollars for. The lady looks at me and says...”you ordered pork” she just stood there looking at me like too bad. and basically told me no. Sorry. Too bad. I was shocked. I’ve NEVER been treated that way at any restaurant EVER. When I realized what she was saying to me I was taken back. I couldn’t believe it. I told her I would never be back. So people if you eat here make sure you look your order over good because if it’s not right you’re out of luck. TERRIBLE SERVICE. IM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT...

Great place for delicious authentic Mexican food on a budget... not to mention... open 24 hrs! Portions are BIG so go with an appetite... or with intention to share or have some now and more later! Employees are friendly and helpful no matter if its your 1st or 100th visit! Place is clean.. well kept and at an awesome location with parking that is also disabled friendly...

Condiments are always fully stocked with fresh cut radishes, limes, hot spicy jalapeños with carrots and onions... as well as 3 levels of in house made salsa!

Horchata is amazing at Rigobertos.. or an iced cold bottle of Coke Soda pop.. try them! Fountain drinks are also available..

From HUGE carne asada.. carnitas.. chili relleno burritos to loco fries.. crispy fresh fries topped with carne asada and tons of bacon... to crispy rolled tacos (taquitos) with sour cream.. salsa.. lettuce and cheese.. plates of enchiladas with rice and beans... tacos tiajuana.. their take on "street tacos"... tortas.. they always have something for everyone.. kids too! There's plenty of variety!

No pics this round... food was sooo good.. it went fast! I'll update pics on next visit.

Definitely recommend!...

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place is unprofessional , horrible customer service and disgusting. Ordered 2 orders of chips and Guacamole ( pictured below). They gave us guacamole nachos with cheese on top for a to go order. can’t eat cheese, wasn’t expecting cheese. chips were burnt and soggy at the same time. Torta came with hardly any meat in it and their beans are a color of gray and a texture of clay. Please save your money or go somewhere else especially if your ordering take out. We called to get a refund for our chips and guacamole and they basically laughed. Maybe this review will get the attention of someone in management and they can start to offer better food, better accommodations for take out and better customer care.

This place is so good. I always have to ask for extra enchilada sauce everywhere else that I go, but they put so much enchilada sauce, and it is so delicious! The rice is cook perfect and served hot. The been were also fresh, not crusty like some other places. The drive-through ladies were also nice. We weren't missing napkings or sauces. Also, there is real difficulty with fountain machines to get a good soda at a lot of places. These were a good balance of soda /syrup/ice. I gave a five-star because usually something is a bit off, and that ok, but they hit everything perfectly. ALSO, the cook probably deserves a raise cause this food was bomb and ready fast!
