Royal Ground Coffee — Restaurant in Albany

I’m not going to say the individual behind the counter was racist…BUT when I walked in to order a coffee he seemed uncomfortable and almost angry..as I approached the counter he didn’t greet me at all, just stood there and waited for me to order. I thought maybe I was being too sensitive. After I ordered and a group of white folks came in, he immediately gave them the “good morning, how are you doing today?” And was visibly more happy about serving them.

My latte was great, breakfast sandwich was bland. Might go back just to confirm...

The coffee and snacks are passable, though overpriced. It's a good location and has outlets, wifi, and outdoor seating. The coffee is ...well.. it's coffee.
