Taco Bell — Restaurant in Albany

I had the nachos with beef, which is good, but can someone in the big office tell Mr. Taco Bell to include just a little more beef to the one serving size. I know that I can purchase the EXTRA beef portion, but you would think since customers are and have been for many years, spending a lot of money to keep Taco Bell relevant, you would upgrade something for FREE for us. Well as usual the drive-thru was totally swamped the food is I would say about average except for every time I go over there they seem to be out of something that I want so how are you going to put it I will visit it again but I would not recommend it at this time because this has been ongoing for several months they're either out of hamburger meat or taco shells or something of that nature or mild sauce that happened one time also and did I mention two extremely long drive-thru line 35 minutes is what I spent in that drive through so you do the math would you...

They're now no longer carrying crunchwraps and Quesadillas...half the menu is no longer available even though they advertise it on the menu boards. They need to change their boards instead of making the customer feel bad for asking about items. They have an attitude when you ask for something they no longer carry.
