My husband recently ate at this location and received the wrong food item and became very sick.
I am currently out of town and my husband is visiting with his family in my absence. Since the food options in his family home is lacking he has been eating at this Burger King location since it is in walking distance quiet often over the course of the last month or so. Due to my husband's severe acid reflux he is unable to eat red meat and has not consumed red meat in over 15 years.
He has recently began eating the Impossible Burger and loves it! However yesterday right before the restaurant closed he went and purchased a "Impossible Burger" which he ate pretty quickly since he was hungry. Within minutes of him finishing the burger he began to vomit. He felt as if he ate a beef sandwich which resulted with him vomiting all of last night as well as this morning. He is now feeling much better however he WILL NOT be going back to this location which I personally was never a fan of due to their lack of professionalism. The staff does not have sufficient customer service as they have been known to in the past to give their customers a bit of a attuide.
I am escalating my concerns about this location and the mishandling of the food that was given to him. My reasoning in doing so as well as writing this review is NOT for financial gain but to highlight these issues and to provoke change. We personally will NOT be returning to see these changes however it is important that this does not continue to happen. My husband is feeling better and his well being is what matters to me the most. I previously was a vegetarian and understand the physical pain that can be caused when someone consumes meat after a long period of not eating it and I believe that a national brand like Burger King needs to make sure that this type of mishandling does not happen to...
Read moreGoing into a food place means that you're usually hungry. Now I usually go into the restroom first, and before I come out I make sure to wash and dry my hands. But when you go into the restroom and find fecal matter in the urinal, which is making the whole restroom have a bad odor to it, it does something to your appetite. So then you have to come out of the restroom and walk to the counter and wait 10 minutes before someone attempts to take your order and while waiting, listen to employees argue. Still while waiting listen to other customers complain about the service, and while waiting still even longer listen to someone come into the restaurant arguing with a someone else on the phone, it just makes the whole experience horrible. And what's even worse the food was terrible. So you spent your money wasted your time and now you have to try to consume food that a dog would think twice...
Read moreService was extremely awful as I'm writing this review I am sitting at the drive-thru window waiting for my food I said in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes no one came to the speaker I Googled the time that the restaurant closed and it showed that the restaurant was still open I called and spoke with manager the person State some mail blackmail and the person came onto the speaker immediately after he yelled take those orders the young man that took my money at the first window no welcome very rude I'm at the second window at this point still no one still waiting 11:55 p.m. two young ladies at the fry station looking at their cell phones one just took the headset off the other young lady has black and brown braids service is unacceptable and management should definitely be reprimanding these people completely...
