You GPS isn't wrong. This place really is in the basement of the Linn County Courthouse. It must be popular with people who work in the building because on the day we were there it was very steady business. I had a breakfast burrito and my friend had a chicken wrap. We also shared waffle fries. Everything was very tasty. This is exactly the kind of food you'd expect from a tiny diner, only way less greasy. Read moreI do not get out much, so there are a lot of Albany area restaurants I have not or do not know about. This was one. My employer buys the shop lunch every Friday and I chose this spot. Oh...my...word. Glad I did. A coworker and I saw the tuna melt (it has bacon in it - nuff said) and were both like - uh, yeah.... gotta have that. It was the best darn tuna melt I have ever had. And I saw the pastrami melts and the steak & cheese (philly cheesesteak) - those looked awesome, too. Big sandwiches for a reasonable price. 5 meals for $68 - pretty darn good if you ask me. It's in a funky basement corner room under the courthouse- unique! Follow your Google maps directions to the right hand side of the building and then signage in and down inside.
