I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a New York cheesecake from Beloved Cheesecake, and as native New Yorker, I can confidently say this is one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever tasted. The white chocolate raspberry slice was a standout—creamy, perfectly balanced, with a rich white chocolate flavor and a burst of tangy raspberry. Each bite was pure heaven! Lovely shop and incredible staff! The atmosphere is cozy and there’s tables and a lounge area which I loved! The employees were kind, inviting, and very accommodating. They even have select samples and I was able to try a bite of the lemon cheesecake, which prompted me to purchase a slice as well as a slice of their seasonal Almond Joy cheesecake to go. At first glance I thought the pieces looked like they were on the smaller side for the price but it didn’t bother me too badly because I liked the sample a lot. I got home and ate the lemon slice. It was okay, but not as good.The cheesecake filling seemed more bland than the sample that I tried and I was not impressed with the crust, it was also bland and was pretty thick and did not hold. I later tried my other slice and unfortunately, was very disappointed. The texture was just all wrong and again the filling didn’t have any real flavor, except for the chocolate and coconut on top. The crust was again a miss. I do love that they offer a stamp card, buy 10 slices get your 11th free. They also offer wine and coffee! I am hoping to come in again and give more of their slices a try, because...

I ordered 4 of the mini's online and received them the other day....well packed and cold. I started off with the New York style because I've always felt if you can't do that right you have no business doing any others....well they hit it out of the park. Fluffy and creamy floating in my mouth making my taste buds very happy. The next day I had the chocolate flavored one, very tasty. Today was the Key Lime and from the first bite it's my favorite. Salted Carmel is tomorrow but I decided not to wait to sing my praise of this place.

In a way I'm glad I don't live near to either of their physical shops so I'm limited to ordering online and planning ahead...I don't have the best self-control for taste treats. I will be ordering from them again for special occasions...they're not cheap but good things are worth paying for...I'll always take quality...
