Fast Friendly Service an Great Place for kids they have a nice little playground in the back away from the main traffic area with a few tables with umbrellas over them an you can order from that area also . Our waiter was extremely nice an helpful even told us his name an if we needed anything else to ask for him an he'd get it right out to us . The fries/tots an sundaes were good But I did send my cheeseburger back because the bread was warm But the Burger was Cold an the Cheese was not even melted but I must say the lettuce an tomato an pickles ect were fresh tasting I did eat a few bites but I just can not eat a cold burger . It wasnt a problem they offered me another burger but I just got a refund instead . This is the 2nd time in 4mos. Ive been to one other Sonic an now this one that the burger was cold . I seriously will not be ordering burgers there anymore but I do reccomend the fries , tater tots an ice cream/shakes/sundaes my family said they were really good . Its a fun place to take small kids . Easy to locate right on 24/27 in Albemarle NC an has restrooms at the back part of the building an plenty of parking...

If I could make the stars negative I would. I was there this past Saturday. Waited over 40 mins for the order that had been sitting on the counter for 30 mins. During the 40 mins the boy kept opening the glass window in drive through saying it should be ready soon. When questioned why the food had been sitting for 30 mins the boy acted as if he didn’t know how to respond. Another boy came up to the window with a nose piercing asking what I wanted that there was nothing that could be done. Then a female came up asking what the problem was and when I explained her excuse was she had 4 people in training. The boy with the piercing then said he had a question for me and I said what is it he responded with are you going to leave? All my food was a waste because they didn’t even cook the mozzarella sticks properly. I called the number on the receipt to put in a complaint and asked for the GM to contact me back and have yet to hear anything. Your customer service is horrible, the people you hire are horrible and don’t know how to do...

Family and I have given 3 chances to this establishment. Last night, was the very last time. You can tell, from the outside looking in, that it is chaos behind those walls. No order as to who is supposed to be doing what, at what station. (I've worked in fast food, even at a Sonic at a local mall.) They cut you off on the speaker before establishing if you're finished ordering/before verifying they took it correctly. Our order was wrong for the 3rd time in a row. Walking behind moving vehicles trying to leave without a care in the world. People visiting their gfs that work there, leaving their doors open not caring if they block the drive way beside the drive thru. The bathroom is awful, and unclean. Attitude's like customers are intruding on their time (when our money is what provides their paychecks). We will not be going back. It's ridiculous. The Manager either needs to be notified that their team is pitiful, or they need to be fired so that an actual Manager can take over and run this establishment like it used to be....
