Came by here with the wife today to pick out a new coffee table. Came by 3 weeks ago to pick out new bedroom furniture. Eric, the general manager helped us the first time. And Nug, yes that's his name...gun spelled backwards... was the kind the gentleman that helped us today.

The customer service was excellent! The delivery was on time and painless!

The in-store prices are sometimes a little bit higher, but they've always matched the Ashley website when we ask and when we bought our bedroom furniture, they even had a special that beat the deal we found online!

Full disclosure, I came here a couple years ago with an expectation of being able to walk in the store, purchase my product, and leave with it in my truck. I left a one-star review, and apparently the moment I walked in two or three years later, they knew me by name lol. I feel like there's probably a poster in the back office with my face on it!

Stores today aren't like that anymore. Between shipping delays, manufacturer delays, and just changes to the supply chain in general, this is the new experience. It's a home store, not a retail outlet. Come in, check out living room suits, bedroom suits, dining room ensembles, mix and match the one you want, and they'll deliver it for you, install it, and haul away the trash.

As long as you can accept that and don't need it that day, it's a great experience.

The people were fantastic. The service was great. In fact it was great enough, we came back again two weeks later. And it's likely I'll be back here again within a month. I really want that new recliner! Just have to convince the wife that she needs it...

I had a exceptionally amazing experience today, visiting various local furniture stores looking for the perfect living room furniture designed for me. I decided to browse around in Ashley’s home store in Albemarle NC. I could not have been anymore pleased with my purchase that I absolutely love and adore, not only was my purchase truly perfect for ME; but I had the best sales lady that seemed very busy as the the store had a good many customers. She made her way to greet me at the door with a beautiful smile and asked me if she could help me out with what I I was looking for, I told her I was looking for a living room set and she began telling me from front to the back of the store and the sales that were taken place. The sales lady’s was Jamisha, she went above and beyond to make me happy and to make sure I was nothing more than satisfied with the purchase and the price, she made sure I was able to receive the price discounts and the manager was extremely passionate even though I changed my mind about 4 different times they never stopped helping me and treating me like I was the only customer in the store. While I was still finishing up my paperwork I had the time to meet about 3 other employees that were very knowledgeable about the store and all were as kind and helpful to one another. I will make it my point to refer this store and the sales person and tell my awesome experience to my friends and family. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness Jamisha and Eric. You guys...

Buying sofas and chairs may be ok but not a good experience with buying a bed. Was told it would be within 90 days that I would receive. Haven't had a personal update within that time so I called. Was told I could get a partial delivery because it was ready except for pieces on the frame. I denied because I have 2 kids and 2 dogs and don't want the mattress messed up so they said they understood and I should have it in 2 more weeks. No update so I called again. Now I was waiting on more pieces because they gave what was available to another customer because I wouldn't take a partial delivery....I paid for the furniture and should have received it when I was told or keep the furniture for my order instead of now keep waiting because I wouldn't take a partial delivery because I have to commit to being off of work for 2 days for 2 different deliveries when they can't even commit to a day to be done or time during the day to be delivered. I was told they would give me a free metal frame this last time I called until the rest of the furniture was finished in an estimated 3 to 4 more weeks. I paid for the furniture and was fine with waiting the 3 more weeks until I was told I'd have to wait longer and they gave the bed to another customer because I wouldn't accept a partial and was told they would call me back then pretty much called me a liar because I never got the call or voice-mail they...
