I scooted the heck over to Scooter's and boooooooy LET ME TELL YOU okay wait wait wait wait let me back up -- so first I woke up thinking "hot dog I would really sure enjoy a fine tasty brew of the finest Joe. A little morning sipski of that good spicy java would put the ol' pep in my step!" It was at this juncture that I then proceeded to ghost ride the whip on over to the Dunkin' Donuts lol more like Dumbin' Dimwits am I right (Dunkie if you're reading this I'm sorry I don't mean a word of it I swear I am just trying to score some sick Scooter's merch on the free I swear please don't turn your back on me) and boooooooy let me tell you that coffee tasted like BUNK and so it was at this moment that I then proceeded to scoot on over to Scootie-Patootie's and order me a doggone java and well folks as they say the rest is history and so that history is this: afterwards I scooted on over back to my place with the fam jam and just had a good old time sippin' on them sweet joes, baby and got dang if that didn't put some peps in our steps especially the 6 year old lol dang kid was bouncing off the WALLS kid was ZOOMING dude I wouldn't lie about a thing like this you can't make this stuff up dude but anyways in conclusion what I'm trying to say is scoot your dang self over to Scooter's TODAY (Dunkin' I love you please take me back I miss you I'm sorry please can't we just have our donut...
Read moreThe drinks usually taste okay, when the worker doesnât mess it up (about 50/0 chance.)
The employees are usually nice, but obviously lack the training necessary.
Prime example: my girlfriend ordered and paid for a coffee on the app at 5:05am. We rolled up at 5:20 and no other customers were there- the place was completely dead. My girlfriend went through the drive through and told them that she had a mobile order to pick up and pulled up to the window like she was told to. The employee rudely told her that she was in the wrong lane, and that she would have to wait for her coffee because of it.
If there are 0 customers in line, and there obviously havenât been any other orders, why would choosing a different lane have ANY impact on her drink ordered ~20 minutes ago?
The normal lady that we deal with is wonderful, and we look forward to seeing her, but a lot of the other employees could definitely use some (re?-)training.
We definitely wonât be tipping anyone that doesnât actually deserve it any more
Edit: went back, and they made the drink wrong AGAIN. My girlfriend immediately went back and the employee argued and said that she watched it being made and that it was made right. She agreed to remake it, denying that it was wrong- the new drink was a completely different color and texture- they actually followed the...
Read moreThree times I've gone here, and MY drink has consistently been incorrect. My girlfriend's drink however is always good, according to her (she only gets smoothies). Coffee drinks at a coffee shop not being correct any given time I've gone, means Scooter's COFFEE is likely not going to stick around long...
Update (2023-03-02): Ordered a white mocha, oat milk, extra hot. I didn't get Oat Milk. It wasn't extra anything except expensive, since they used Dairy in my drink.
I won't be returning. This is my fourth poor experience, with two interactions with employees expressing my concerns. I don't know if the messages never reach management, or what...but it's very upsetting to spend $6± an item, if it won't be made the way I order it. That's sort of the point of me spending 4 times the amount than if I'd just made it at home myself.
Update (2023-04-14): I didn't stop in, but my girlfriend did, and my drink wasn't even what she ordered. She never gets receipts, but she orders the same drink every time (it's on her phone) and for whatever reason...it just doesn't come out right. I'm very sad to LOVE coffee and never enjoy it from here, since it's so...
