Casey's — Restaurant in Albertville

First of all, let me say that I LOVE Casey's. One of the best things Casey's has is their breakfast pizza, bacon is way better than sausage. If you haven't had it, you need to. Unfortunately this Casey's is having trouble figuring this out. I was patient as they were have staffing issues, I understand this happens. Recently they've been able to get more staff and still haven't figured out how to have pizza ready. You cannot convince me it's a high waste product, one slice probably pays for the entire pizza (6 slices). I've stopped here too many times between 7-730 and left disappointed with no pizza. It makes me sad.

The crew is always nice and apologetic about it, I'm just not sure why management hasn't adjusted.

Update 3/31 Even after replying nothing has changed. I stopped back in today, there were two people working and nothing out. The answer they gave was, "it's going to be awhile before anything is up." There was another couple right behind me that was also looking for pizza. I drive by three Casey's from daycare in Ramsey but wanted to support local. I won't make that...

This is the only time I’ve ever been disappointed by a Casey’s. The workers are nice enough, but there must not be enough of them

I’ve tried multiple times to go get breakfast pizza in the morning and there’s never any? I’ve never seen that before at a Casey’s. Half the time I go in the afternoon and there’s no pizza then either. We’ve tried to order pizza at 8 PM on Saturday several times and the kitchen is closed (which is fine because of worker shortages)

The most disappointing thing is that I’ve never not had a fountain soda that doesn’t taste absolutely disgusting, like they don’t clean the lines or put way too much syrup in it or something. Whatever it is, I’ve tried it several times now on several different sodas and it’s always the same, I always just give up and go elsewhere for a soda.

We actively go to the Casey’s in Elk River at this point if we want our Casey’s fix. Like I said, the employees seem fine and the gas pumps work, but the quality of the food/drinks...

Horrible service at Casey's. Every time I come here, they take way too long, and mess up orders. Then lie about it to cover themselves. I was literally standing at the front counter after calling in an order for 2 sausage pizzas. Come to pick it up and the chair goes back to get them and the cook says, oh I just made one. I thought that was a mistake. Then the cashier comes up to the front and tells me they are both in oven and it will be just another couple minutes. I called her on the lie as I could hear the whole conversation. And told her this something happens every time I come here that isn't right. She just said, "Oh yeah, new people..." and blamed it on new staff. This isn't just...
