We stopped in to Albertville back in October of 2017 to look at replacing our mattress after our mattress protector failed. We found out at that point from John (Assistant Store Manager) that we had a warranty that should cover the cleaning, possibly the replacement of the mattress, due to the failure of the mattress protector. We reached out to the mattress protector company and opened a claim. After following the process with the mattress protector company, we did not hear back from them for months, and finally reached back out in February 2018 to get an update on our claim.

Finally, after still not hearing back about our claim after our February follow up, we were frustrated and at a point that replacing the mattress could not wait any longer. I called Ashley to talk to John to find out the current replacement cost of the $2,300.00 mattress we bought just over 3 years ago and happened to get Tony (Store Manager) on the phone. I explained to him our situation and he immediately took it over and started to look into our warranty issues. Within one week we had a resolution from the mattress protector company - with the delay in their communication back to us, the issues in getting a resolution, and the hard work from John and Tony they credited us back the cost of our mattress and gave us an upgraded mattress protector!! A week later we had our new bed delivered with the extensive help from John, and he even made a personal trip to our house to bring us our new upgraded mattress protector when it wasn’t on the delivery truck.

We are beyond grateful for the time, work and dedication that we received from John and Tony, and we look forward to going back for any furniture needs...

I had the pleasure of working with the "Assistant Manager" her name was Nora Kirscht and from the moment I walked into the this store she failed to do her job. She Failed every aspect of being a sales consultant. I purchased a $800.00 entertainment stand that was on sale for $600 and she billed me for nearly $1,000. I went tonight to go pick up my furniture and it didn't even come assembled. When she asked me what my needs were I told her I didn't want to pay $700 for a stand that I have to go home and spend 4 hours putting it together so I made it very clear to her that I wanted it assembled when I came to pick it up. I took a hit on my credit score because of her mess up and all she could say was it was a "minor hit"..... That doesn't matter to me. She made absolutely no effort to make HER mistake right let alone apologize to me for the inconvenience. The store manager Tony needs to take a hard look at his incompetent managers below him and start demoting or firing people because there was no reason that my order had to have three or four mistakes on it. If you cant come to work and give 100%, especially in sales where you are paid by commission then you need to start looking...

I was a little leary about leaving my home and shopping for furniture but we closed on our new house 3 weeks ago and we’ve been sitting on the floor! I had to do it. I called ahead and made an appointment with the store manager,Tony Smaby He assured me over the phone that his store is clean, well-maintained and sterilized. He wasn’t kidding! The “Enter” & “Exit” doors were clearly marked, Tony was wearing his mask and graciously apologized for not shaking my hand. As I walked in the store, another customer was leaving and I saw Blake spraying and wiping cleaner where the previous customer was and had been. I immediately felt relaxed. I was able to browse the store with no pressure, allowing me to make my selections with ease. Tony was always there to answer any questions, get pricing and check stock. I got enough furniture to fill my new home because of the fantastic sale they are currently having. I am so happy with my purchases and can’t wait for delivery to come next week. I couldn’t believe they could fit us in so quickly! Overall, I felt comfortable, relaxed and extremely well taken care of by Tony! I would recommend making your appointment with...
