Taco Bell — Restaurant in Albertville

Honestly, the best Taco Bell location that I have ever visited, and I have let management and employees know this on numerous occasions. The food is always made quickly, regardless of dine-in or drive-thru. It has been made correctly and neatly, nearly every time. As a former management employee of this company, (not this particular locale) I understand their expectations, and know when something is not up to par right away.. On a couple of occasions while dining in, an item or two have been incorrect, but they were good to not only remake item(s) quickly and then bring it out to me so I could continue eating other items ordered, (as opposed to me standing there and waiting) but also gave extra items, such as a Cinnamon Twist, with a friendly demeanor and sincere apologetic attitude to show their commitment to maintaining good customer relations! They also have 2 large screen ordering kiosks available for use, if that's your kinda thing. A main advantage of this being the ability to see ALL menu items available, and compare prices. Due to the sheer lack of physical menu space it's impossible to do so. Also, if you're undecided, you don't have to feel rushed to order, as you may still literally be in someone's way (due to the proximity of kiosks to front counter point of sale), but are at least not holding up the line and driving down sales and driving up others' time spent ordering! They also have online ordering and VIP-style priority pick-up available too. Lobby tables, floors, and trashes need more regular attention, and there's no way that restrooms there are being checked every 30-60 minutes as mandated... I've gone in several times at different times of day different days of the week to use the facilities, and didn't even feel that I could get my hands sufficiently clean, let alone do anything else in there... In all fairness though, I usually dine in at this location anywhere from 3-6 PM, and understand that it is a popular time and place for the local high-schoolers to come with only five bucks (or less) and an entitled attitude, and trash the whole place, just out of spite and lack of respect! I've been the person on the receiving end of this situation in the past and it's quite frustrating, but not much can be done to change others' behavior...

Went through the drive through and they literally just didnt give us some of our order so we called and they refused to accommodate anything within reason to make up for the lost order (wouldnt do a refund and wouldn't give us our food back another day). The woman we talked to (who admitted to being the one to not give us our stuff) repeatedly put the phone down to talk to her manager about the situation AND WE COULD HEAR HER INSULTING AND MOCKING US IN THE BACKGROUND. WE let the manager know and his response was "Oh the phone really should've been on mute."

The initial loss of product couldve been just an easy mistake on your part but then your staff had to be unbelievably unprofessional about it so it now its obvious yall are just disrespectful to your customers all the time, because there is absolutely no reason that anyone at any point in time should pay for items, not get them, be denied any reasonable solution and mocked by the people who are responsible for it all, then be told that the mocking is NOT the issue but that the phone not being on mute was the issue

Will not be returning, as I do not give business to places that steal from me then disrespect me when I politely try to correct the "mistake"

Never had an issue at this location before this and I will never will again

No wonder theyre always understaffed, the staff are so disrespectful. Who would want to be...

I have never had tacos from Taco Bell that were as perfect as this! Usually Taco Bell hardshell tacos get soggy on the bottom from the ground beef. Not these! It takes me a long time to eat my meals because I have a hiatal hernia that will cause my food to get stuck when I first start eating. Despite my tacos sitting on my tray, waiting for my hiatal hernia to release, the bottoms didn't get soggy at all!

My Mexican Pizza (which I had been longing for after 2 years in Alberta, Canada - where Mexican Pizzas are not on the menu) was fantastic! I order it without beef and that usually means I am given an extra helping of the refried beans - despite not requesting the beef be substituted for beans - which throws off the balance of the Mexican Pizza. This restaurant made my Mexican Pizza properly - without extra refried beans. It was perfect.

My husband ordered the Doritos Locos tacos as well as the hardshell tacos supreme and was as surprised and pleased as I was that neither type of taco got soggy. He also commented on how the shells of his Doritos Locos tacos - which are usually quite fragile and prone to breaking at the slightest touch - managed to stay together through each bite.

We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals at this Taco...
