KFC — Restaurant in Albertville

This might have been my worst experience at kfc but overall, it took 25 minutes to wait in line, order, and get my food and drinks. I ordered a large macaroni and asked them to change that to a chicken sandwich meal make the mac and cheese a large on the meal but they couldn’t. so they just left the large macaroni and the meal and the biscuits. i didn’t want the large macaroni anymore and i told that to the headset person twice. i asked for extra pickles on my sandwich and they rang it up as no pickle. the girl taking my order kept on rushing me and was being so rude and inconsiderate after i asked for a second. And I asked for the drink to be no ice and they put ice so i asked her to remake it and then the drink tasted like pure sparkling water. where’s the flavor? biscuits were dry. macaroni was hot and good and the sandwich was good. customer service was bad. drink was bad. wait time was bad. at least the food was good. large macaroni wasn’t even filled...

The customer service was absolutely terrible. The manager told us they were out of livers for the night at 5 in the afternoon when that's not really a thing. He tells us it will be 25 mins for our order and then when we got to the window we waited maybe 5 mins and he handed our food out. When politely asked about the wait not being that long he snapped back and said "yea well we found it in the back" and as he handed our order out he dropped one of our bags in the floor and proceeded to pick it up and hand it out to us anyways. I've never been more unsatisfied with how we were talked to or treated than I was today. The food was great although not fresh of course after saying the wait would be long and having it out in mins but the customer service was so bad that we WILL NOT be recommending to our friends and family nor will we be returning. They really need to get...

I visited this location on Friday, March 12,2024. The business has no customers in the restaurant or drive thru at 7:30P.M. I was with family placing an order and they refused service. I requested to have the special the chicken livers meal. A employee walked up and said we do not sell chicken livers after 7P.M. This business was doing no business whatsoever and they refused to cook my order of chicken livers. These employees were refusing a big $50 order. Someone needs look into the business a manager or an owner. I know now why this business is failing because after the employees refused to take orders. The cook fresh chicken livers might take 15 minutes. These employees need some additional training or this business will go out of business. I would recommend this...
