I have given this store this store many chances in the last three years. I really have. But they seem bent on auguring themselves into oblivion. Twice in the last year my online order has been ready when I was told it would be. Normally they have not even started it when I arrive at the requested time, yet every single time I go there they have employees standing around doing nothing! The inconsistency of the product is legendary, which can easily be explained by the revolving door employee problem they have. I have never seen the same person working twice, and I have ordered on every day of the week. The health department would have a field day if they ever took the time to inspect it. I am truly amazed this location is still in business. It looked like it was closing a little more than a year ago (yeah!), but no such luck. Read moreI wouldn’t take the time to write this if it was just a single bad experience. We have been ordering from this location for about 7 years or more and the last 6 months have been really bad. The owner or manager of this location continuously is leaving undertrained and overwhelmed high-school kids to work through the busiest nights of the week. Friday and Saturday nights are your busy nights and a manager should be present! I’m tired of entering this location and seeing 5-8 customers, all frustrated, waiting on orders that should have been completed already. Read moreI ordered a pizza “they” asked me to do a Large size cause it was almost closing time which I didn’t realize at the time when I was there so I did just that. I asked for the Stuffed 5 Meat and I asked both the employees that were there if I could add Pineapple to my pizza “No Problem” is what I was told. I get home at 8:02pm and realize they forgot the Pineapple so I called and the response I received on the phone was “what does the receipt say” and because the receipt didn’t have Pineapple on it the person on the phone says “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do because we are closed now” AND THEN JUST HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME!
