Honestly we won't be going back. My husband and I went to blake's for breakfast. It looks nicer than any other blake's that we have been to. We went through the drive through, which we thought was going to be fast. It was not. It took us about 5 minutes to get to the order board with one person in front of us when we arrived. Then another about 10 minutes to get to the window to pay. Then we were told to wait in a numbered spot for our food to come out. We then waited another about 10 minutes for our food to come out. The smell was great! It smelled like a fresh Tortilla and we were very hungry, especially after waiting so long. We got home and ate our food. My husband ordered a meat and bean burrito with bacon and we asked for it smothered with green. His burrito was not smothered. It did have, extremely little, green chile inside, and it was all in his first bites and then never again. All of the beans were in his last bites, having no beans for the first 2/3 of the burrito and only beans at the end. And the bacon tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon and green chile. My toast was slightly burnt and that taste kind of over shadowed the whole sandwich. With experience from places skimping on green chile, I looked inside to see the distribution before I ate. Sure enough, a small amount of green chile had been placed in one corner of the sandwich. I left that for last, to have the best bite for last. My bacon tasted fine, but I definitely had a problem with the egg. It seemed as though the yolk is simply poked to let ooze, rather than mixed with the rest of the egg, so many of my bites had only egg white, which is not nearly as tasty as a mixed yolk/white bite. Read moreWent through the drive through ordered food, had to repeat myself several times as well as ask them to read me out my order for me before I pulled up to the window, from what I thought they got it right the second time, they messed up and charged me for an extra burger. I pull up to the window pay for my food then tell me to pull to the front, I wait 20 minutes for my food , when the guy comes out to give me the food (first of all the guy looked like he hated his job) he basically throws the bag at me through my window and dosnt even say have a nice night or anything just walks away. I check my bag as I always do to make sure my order is correct (which is was not) I walk in let the guy at the front know that i was charged for an extra burger and on top of that the large fry that I ordered was literally half full as if they didn’t even try to put fries in there. I got refunded my money, as I’m walking out I hear the little girl at the window ask “what was wrong with that girls order “ the more professional thing to do if that girl clearly saw something was wrong was use her customer service and ask me personally what was wrong and try to make it right or even an apology goes a long way. It seemed like no one cared that my order was incorrect. I would say if you can’t do your job right or have nice customer service you shouldn’t be working there. When I came home to eat my burger , the burger was bland and not set to expectations like they advertised on there photos. Read moreI’m not sure what is going on with Blake‘s Lotaburger. If I could give a zero, I would give a zero to all the locations. It seems like I can never get an order correct. This time at this location, I got an order from the manager, John. I asked for two bowls of chili with cheese and I specifically said no onions. He put onions on there and he also charged me for them. He then gave me a refund for the onions and I saw him in the back, pulling the onions out of the chili. He then added me back The chili bold and they were half full instead of fool like they should be. There was still onions in them. I’m allergic to onions and I could die from it. I took the chili back and the manager did not give me a full refund for his mistake. He also said that he remade the whole thing. I saw him pulling onions out of the chili. He did not remake it. Is this the poor service that Blake is giving now? Like I said this is not the first time I’ve had issues with Blake‘s Lotaburger. I’ve had several issues with several of the locations. Don’t ever go to Blakes Lotaburger ever. They need to work on the customer service and they need to work on their quality of service. This is real sad because I grew up on lakes. Now I will never go back to Blake‘s ever again.
