Worst customer service I've ever had anywhere. I mean I've been there many times and I always assume someone has a bad day when you get bad service but 3 times in a row? I love Boba tea but I dislike everyone there. Horrible, just horrible service. This was the last straw. Why do I return? I have gift cards because I told people I liked the product (Which I do). But unfortunately I have to deal with a bunch of A-holes every time I go there. Uggghh. So you need an example? I went after the movies to get my 50% off a drink. I guess I kept my CC purchase receipt (which shows the movie i purchased and date and time) instead of my movie stub and they didn't want to give me the discount. That's o.k. I went back to the theaters and asked a manager for a copy of my stub (after explaining why). He gave me one. I went back to the tea company and they didn't want to honor it. Like i'm trying to pick one up off the floor! LOL. Just ridiculous! I'm 40 years old! LOL. I've seen them yell at customers, call security because they're telling people to leave. Look at another review on here. I says that people are rude to them. But why would so many people be rude there? Wrong drinks, bad service, wrong orders, and they are rude first. Im talking multiple scoops of multiple bottoms per drink filling it half up. They love this stuff. Myself I usually just pass it up but it is a treat for the rest of the fam. Usually there is a mix up with the drinks or the bottoms because of the vast customization. The exception is when John (taller guy) takes my order and makes the drinks. He is very attentive to the details of the order and ensures they are made with the utmost accuracy. He is efficient and quick even when he is at times alone keeping an upbeat demeanor. Even when I can tell he is slammed with orders (mostly mine) and a line of people. The best customer service I have gotten from there was from him in comparison to other times. Aside from that, having carrying caddies for the drinks readily available would be ideal as trying to walk away with 5 drinks...

I asked, "I thought you close at 6?" She said, "We do but today we are closing early cause there is only two of us and in order to close properly and get out on time we need to close early." Like seriously? Who does that? If the owner sees this...is this normal for you to close a store 20mins early? To me it seems unacceptable but if thats the way you run the stores thats your business. I always figured if you have to stay and work until the job is done you have to stay and work. Never in any of my jobs did I ever close a store early especially almost half an hour early just so I could get out on time. Thats the worst work ethic I have ever seen.
