I walked in and asked the dapper mustached chap what to have. He suggested a number 3. I agreed and when the burger arrived it was warming in some aluminum foil. While I though this was meant it was going to be a mess, that was not the case. Once you open it up you smell all the ingredients. From first bite to last you could taste all the seperate meats. The hotdogs takes charge at first and then the ham and burger patty kick in. Perfectly sauced on a sesame seed bun. This burger was not greasy, and sat very nice. It was just the right amount of food.
The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, exactly how you want thick fries to be. This place was not busy, but that by no means is on the food. When I come back to Albuquerque I will be back for the nu.ber 3 or number 4.

Read moreHonest Review: They have potential. Real unique idea, adding ham and sliced hotdog to their burgers. You can definitely see their food truck roots showing…however, they need to work on something…we got the Hawaiian Burger…but instead of grilled, sliced pineapple, we got diced, from a can. Not sure why, considering pineapple is currently in season. The result? A soggy, sweet burger. Too sweet to finish. Buns we good. Shredded iceberg…for $10.25 a burger, some greenery would be nice. Burgers are cooked to Medium-well, well done and are about 1/3 pound. We left hungry. Kids burger is $5, combo at $7. The atmosphere is low key, that of which you would expect of a food truck turned restaurant. Overall 6.5/10. Will we be back? Maybe … at $45 for a family of 4…we’ll probably stick to Holy Cow or Phat Stax for...
Read moreI came into this little slice of hamburger heaven having high expectations. I was NOT disappointed! The owner was conversing with customers and welcomed me as soon as I walked in. I got the NM Burger Combo. You need to get EVERYTHING on it,lol. It comes out like a rock star and then it gets messy and delicious. I feel the choice of Chile, how the burger is assembled, and presented, is what gives Burger Bros. it’s originality and niche. The fries were the best I’ve had also. They weren’t over/under cooked, just right, crisp with a hint salty goodness. I also liked the fact that the Chile and Avocado were served on the side, it lets me be in charge of my lunch 🙂. Please support this locally owned and operated business. They brought their A game fo’ sho’. I attached a BEFORE and...
