Bottom line: great concept, poor execution.
THE GOOD 👍 The flavors are there: American corndogs with a bit of Eastern Asian fusion flare. Kimchi seasoned fries were very tasty & had satisfying texture. Rolling a "corn"dog in panko after the batter is definitely a superior method. It yields exactly what you would expect from a panko fry... crispy crunchy exterior. The Potato Dog is clearly a god-tier concept for a corndog, hands down. BUT...
THE BAD 👎 The batter is kind of disgusting; my friend agreed it was like stodgy deep-fried Wonder Bread. And there is TOO MUCH of it which creates problems. It makes the dogs look bigger (only by giving them bulk) which does technically make for a larger crunchy surface area... but it throws all the balance off. It also creates a problem for the frying math. Either the fryers are too hot, the batter too thick, or both, resulting in undercooked center dough and cheese/dog that isn't hot. The batter is thick and gross enough that not even the superior, crunchy, umami outside could save it. Ultimately, we gave up, it was unappetizing enough it wasn't worth it.
THE MEH 🫤 I honestly try to be very kind to food service workers, but their kitchen line was almost painfully slow. I wasn't expecting "fast food" these dogs are definitely elevated and take more time, but it took a silly amount of time for what ultimately was a particularly "meh" gustatory payoff.
Recommendation @TwoHands: don't drown the dogs in (gross) batter that screws up the balance, flavors, and cooking times. Find a quick, smooth, and efficient kitchen line. If you fix this, I would probably...

Read moreI ordered at the kiosk and made an error on what corn dog I wanted. Mind you I come here at least 3 to 4 times a week with my kids. It’s something that we enjoyed to do after school together. I would expect that, since I am a faithful and loyal, continuing customer they would had offered to make an accommodation for the error. Instead, they said it was too late to make a change. They already made them. I took a bite in front of them to see if it was something I would like unfortunately, it was absolutely disgusting and not my taste. And they then asked me if everything was OK to which I answered. No that corn dog is disgusting and not my taste. They then just looked at me and closed my box. Why even ask if you have no intent to help your customer. Again, you would think me being a loyal customer they would have offered some type of accommodations to switch it but nothing. Bad customer service! Please provide more training for your staff on how to make your customers happy. I would have been more than glad to give you guys a five star but due to your poor customer service, I have to...
