The food is good, but I don't much care for the staff at this particular store. If you're going to be working with bilingual public, you need to be able to speak English well enough to be able to efficiently take orders and answer questions. I also didn't appreciate how I got snapped at when I ordered a second side. I knew full well the meal I ordered only came with one, but I wanted a second one and didn't need the attitude that came with it.
This visit was a huge disappointment because my first one (only been here twice) went SO much better! I walk with a cane and getting around can be difficult. Especially at fast food places. Today I was surprised as I came into the Zuni SE location of Churches to purchase a new find I saw on a commercial for Honey Butter Batter Chicken Tenders to share with a friend on their bday. What an outstanding meal these tenders are and more So "out of their way customer service strive of achievement the lady who worked at the counter gave to me. I wish I remembered her name because its due to her that I sought out to make this review. Everything was hot fresh and delicious but after ordering I stepped outside to my car and she soon brought out my bagged order with smiles and gratitude. Read moreI placed an online order with them. Went at the time it was to be ready only to find out they are out of chicken. So I ask for a refund because well you know they took my money and I obviously received nothing. No they couldn't do it. Mind you I didn't order through a third party app. I used the Church's app. So I had to call another store where luckily the manager on duty contacted her GM and will contact the DM so we can sort it out. Doesn't help me for dinner tonight. When will these corporations learn that money is tighter these days.
