Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Extremely disappointed. I am a big fan of churches and come quite often to the other locations. However I moved to this side of town and came in one afternoon. First impressions, there was alot of children working behind the counter. Which is fine.. until later. I ordered a simple usual order, four pieces of chicken tenders and a biscuit. My boyfriend just a chicken sandwich. We are very patient, and the food took very long about ten or more minutes. But when it was ready I was happy to eat. First bite in my chicken was cold. Under room temperature. My boyfriends sandwich was fine. I'm not the type to complain but I couldn't finish it was just too weird tasting. My boyfriend took it back to the counter and told them it was cold. LISTEN TO THIS. They looked at my food and put it back onto the warmer! (Keep in mind I touched all the chicken feeling their temperature earlier!!). They then right away gave my boyfriend new chicken off the warmer tray which is fine right? He brought it too me and I felt it it was the exact same cold chicken! He brought it back and asked them to feel how cold the chicken was and they said "we can't touch your food" because apparently food safety is their number one priority all of a sudden. They put it BACK ON THE WARMER AGAIN, and finally made me fresh food. I'm not a chef, but common sense will tell you 1. These kids were not trained with basic food safety. 2. Once the food is with the customer if it goes back because of a mistake it goes IN THE TRASH not to be reused. 3. If ALL the chicken on the warmer is cold your warmer is clearly not doing its job! I still love churches but they are practicing dangerous food safety. I could have been sick or sneezed on that food what were they thinking. I will be in contact with someone to see if anything...

If I can give 0 stars I would I came to get an order waited 10 min in DT there were only 2 cas in DT and they all got their order while we waited and the girl that was at the window was so rude she said they were waiting on some items and I had to park I said I been in your DT for 10 min she told me there's nothing she can do I had to wait I asked where she said with a smirk anywhere in the parking lot I asked where she said any where I said ok so I parked by the door and another 10 minutes passed so I called the restaurant, same girl answered, and I asked how lo g on the order she said they were still waiting I said I know that I need to know how long on the mac and cheese and she said ill bring it right out a few more minutes passed and she came out and she was mad she said just to let you know I pulled the mac and cheese out early to come give it to you, so it might be raw, I said I didnt asked yiu to pull it out she said you were bugging and calling the store she had an attitude, I told her I called because I already been waiting another 10 mi and I asked how many more minutes and you don't have to be so rude they she went off and told me they were hiring I told her no thank you to come and wok with someone like her and I'm not going g to lie I did called her a (b) I asked for her managers name she said David i will not be coming back to your store if she is not happy there get other people that does...

I been trying to call this location all morning i ordered the shrimp special i only got one chicken tender and two shrimp very small and nothing but bread crumbs they did not guve me the receipt but i know everything i ordered I'm in a wheelchair chair and I'm high risk of getting sick so my caretaker picked up my meal for me and i was disappointed now nobody answers this was the last $20 i had i wanted to eat something good it's been almost a year since i had take out this was the only money i had and in disappointment on the service the quality and the fries was half empty i paid paid good money yet to only be taken advantage lkke this is not good i would like to to get a call back from a supervisor or corporate office i might have to call anither location to get the phone number nobody answers the phone at this location on central and yucca im not happy at all i shoulve ordered from kfc or long johns silvers i want my refund or or a replacement so not happy they need undercover boss to go to this location and see how they are handling their name franchise the manager does not reply back to the reviews .
