Most definitely the worst customer service possible. In all of Albuquerque actually. We went through drive through. Rung me up completely wrong in the beginning. Gave me horrible attitude when I let her know that the order. Seemed she was already upset when we pulled in and took it out on us. When we received the order after what was almost a 20 minute wait for two entrees, the order was off completely and a small line had accrued, was she treating everyone like this? It was like they made whatever they wanted and just gave it to us. We called and tried to explain but was subsequently hung up on. Called again and as soon as they found out we were the same couple, they hung up again. At this point, we became frustrated with how difficult it seemed to get something to eat. So we went back to the store and I went to the drive through again to give back the wrong order and ask for a refund. To which, another argument ensued. I asked multiple times for a manager but she said she didnt have one. Go figure. We unfortunately couldn't get a manager or a number as she refused me anything. I did not receive a full refund only a partial one for one of our meals. I'm not sure if this person was having a bad day before and I am sorry if she did but it doesn't give any sort of excuse for treating customers like the was she did. We love Federico's and consider the food there a sort of comfort food or when we don't feel like cooking a certain night, we go there. But not anymore, which sucks because this location is closest to us. So im not sure when the next time we will be going to Federico's is, unfortunately. And also, very unfortunately, we gave our money to a big corporate chain, Taco Bell. The service there was like night and day and the food was consistent and delicious! The window person at Federico's tonight could learn a thing or two about professionalism from Taco Bell Employees. Btw this happened at about 8:20...
