Horrible service!
On Saturday 01/18/25, I received horrible service from the workers. The female worker wearing a beanie hat tried giving me the wrong change, which didn't even make sense (it wasn't the amount for the cost of the food nor the correct change, but was missing over $10, which she probably was trying to pocket). A larger male worker, who appeared to be confident, took over and also struggled to do simple math.
I did not get an apology. Even though I was getting SHORT-CHANGED (literally and figuratively), they looked pissed. It was so ridiculous!
I kindly asked for 4 plates, and the larger worker asked me sarcastically, "fooouuur plates?" as if they are worth a fortune (the plates are those cheap, very thin ones). No smile, still no apology, and forget about thanking me for my business and money.
It's more than obvious that they looked pissed and NEVER APOLOGIZED to me for their mistake because they wanted to pocket the money. Imagine doing this all day, all week... $10 here and there... they might be pocketing a lot of money, and it just looks like an honest mistake (maybe if they apologized and were courteous, which they didn't).
The beanie hat girl went from touching money to making pizza. She never washed her hands and was KNEADING THE DOUGH WITH DIRTY HANDS. So disgusting!
They don't do this in NYC, so please!
The experience was very NASTY!
There are tons of good NY style pizza joints in ABQ. YOU CAN GET FOOD POISONING AND GET SHORT-CHANGED AT GOODFELLAS! Additionally, they lack very basic things such as thanking people for their business, apologizing for their mistakes, and just simply smiling every now and then.
Message to the owner: Your workers need training in HYGIENE and basic CUSTOMER SERVICE. You will lose business. You certainly lost my business! Also, you (owner) replied to a review below claiming that the reviewer never placed an order at your store... well, maybe that's something for you to figure out, if your workers are actually registering orders or just...
Read moreOrdered $50 worth food. Pizza, Calzone, Stromboli, Pasta..... First time and most definitely the LAST time. Phone girl took order and hung up before even asking to take a pmt. So we called back and asked to pay with CC. She said delivery should arrive within 35 min. 1 hour passes by so when we called to ask where our order was the guy this time said delivery company they use hasn't arrived yet. After thinking about our food sitting under a heater for over half an hour I told the guy to refund our money and forget about it. He said OH the delivery guys truck just showed up.. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt to see if the foods temperature was still good once it got here an hour and a half after we first called in. Food gets here luke warm, but the temperature was the least of the problem. Food was super salty, Over seasoned with what tasted like store bought Italian seasoning and the alfredo pasta hardly had any Alfredo sauce.. I chalked this off as a major disappointment. I didn't call back for my money back. I just figure I will warn everybody I know to NEVER order from Good...
Read moreService was great, the young staff working there were so friendly! They helped us with our first order and gave suggestions as we needed! Wait time was expected, 15-20 minutes so just waited outside. Location is convenient and plenty of parking. Now into the food… the pizza looks fluffy and like a normal hand-tossed, but it’s actually VERY thin. We thought maybe we ordered wrong but we checked and we did not, it was thin like a “cracker-crust” pizza. I want to say this, as others (like myself) might just go based off these review pictures like we did. The photos don’t do a justice there. However the taste was just fine/average, I would say they could improve on ingredients like the sauce especially. They definitely have a good thing going, I just hope to see improvements for the prices they charge. We will try again eventually, and so I will update my...
