LATE NIGHT ORDERING DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!! DOES THE STORE MANAGER CARE THAT NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE????????????????Unfriendly employees with horrible customer service who clearly don’t care and just there for a paycheck! You’re open until 10pm……….but trying to call and place a call in order after 8:30 is impossible because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!! Unlucky for me, my son loves Little Ceasar’s Pizza, I work light every day, so on 4 SEPARATE nights, I’ve attempted to place a call in/ pick up order, but my last experience was HORRIBLE! Little Ceasar’s PURPOSEFULLY doesn’t answer their phones………I tried calling at 8:25pm, NO ANSWER. I tried placing my order through the app, ‘ERROR’ either, ‘Technical difficulties’ or it’s frozen when trying to complete payment. THE PURPOSE OF CALLING IN IS CONVENIENCE!!!!!!! Ok, by the time I get to the store, I order pizza and breadsticks, I ask The employee, his name is ANGEL, to please make it fresh. He tells me the 4 packs of breadsticks are fresh that have been sitting in their warmer for who knows how long??? I ask him since you have to make the pizza fresh anyway, can you please make fresh breadsticks? His reply, “No, I don’t have anymore dough, and it’s too late and too close to closing.” I tell him, “Well, I tried calling an hour ago to place this order, but nobody answers the phone, so this order wouldn’t have been right before closing” His response….????? Nothing, blank stare. There’s more to this story, but I’d like to actually speak to the STORE MANAGER ABOUT IT. Bottom line, how do you expect to make sales, keep repeat customers if you make it impossible to call in an order if no one answers the phone???? Are you aware that this is happening or employees are purposely taking the phone offline? HERE’s AN IDEA??? This can easily be rectified and tested by the manager by randomly calling throughout the day, more so at night, especially closer to closing hours to ensure your closing crew isn’t doing this??? I’d like to speak to the STORE MANAGER about my experience that night, I’ve attempted several times to call, even during the day…..guess what???? NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE?????!!!!!! When is the best time to reach the Store Manager??? I don’t have time to go and randomly stop in person in the hopes that the Manager is there, I work long hours too. If the Manager sees this review and I know the ‘Owner’ or ‘Manager’ can see these reviews, please let me know how and when I can speak with you about the (lack of) service I received? Read moreOrdered using the app and was given the code to get our pizza. When we got there our pizzas, bread sticks and wings were NOT ready. The sign on the door said 4 customers in at a time, that was not enforced. There were already 2 customers waiting for their order. One employee was helping front, finding out when pizzas would be ready and looked to be overwhelmed. She asked us 3x what the name on our order was while not paying attention to what I said she continued to frantically get other customer orders together, I did not see there were other portal orders so I am not sure how she could confuse it with orders taken inside the store or by phone. After patiently waiting and talking to other guests I found out they too ordered ahead by phone! So ordering by phone is no different. When we did receive our order it was sadly put together. The breadsticks were not cooked through and were doughy, the hot wings looked dried out even while being drowned in a huge amount of hot sauce and the PIZZA, it was not what we ordered! It was dried out, had extra cheese and some seasoning on it that we did not order or enjoy, the crust was half the pizza and had cheese on it too like it was the breadstick pizza thing-that we did not order and it was cut so uneven! How do you not cut a pizza even?! It did not look appetizing, we all managed to eat a pizza by dipping it in the breadstick sauce. We threw away everything else, it was a waste. Read moreIf I could rate it lower I would. I had an awful experience which all could have been avoided by a little common sense. I was helped by a hefty girl with curly hair and glasses. Didn't get a name, as there was no name tag on her apron.
I asked what was ready right now, no wait. I always do this so I dont have to wait, as I have anxiety issues and do not like being around crowds. It was crowded, of course it was. Because the lobby cannot accommodate more than a few people.
I asked her what was ready right now, no wait. And she told me what all she had ready right then. Then i asked ok i need 4 ( i have a clan) u got 4 ready ? She was like yeah. Then after i put my card in to pay, she said actually it will b a wait on ur pizzas.
Now as i above stated i clearly asked her if she had 4 pizzas ready, no wait. Meanwhile as I'm waiting (forced into it, currently starting to freak out), and everyone (multiple) that came in after me and ordered their pizzas, and no matter the number they ordered(1-4 pizzas), they got them immediately.
Now tell me why i should have to wait for 4 pizzas that were clearly ready then and there. I thought it was hot and ready pizzas... not hot and not-ready pizzas... i never have had an issue and my clan comes here alot. Maybe its time that changed.
If you go this location make sure the heftytron girl with curly hair and glasses doesnt help you, she has a hard time with easy things. - Rant...
