We’ve been loyal customers of Marble Heights since it first opened and have watched it evolve over the years through staff changes and now new ownership. The beer remains fantastic, and for that, we’re grateful. However, there’s an increasing sense of entitlement around tipping, and the difference in treatment between regulars and those considered staff "favorites" is noticeable. To be fair, many team members (Olga, Austin, Hunter, Meghan, Matt and Eric) continue to provide friendly, attentive service, and we appreciate them. Unfortunately, our experience is consistently soured when Kristen is working. She has made it clear through her behavior that she chooses who she wants to serve and who she doesn’t, and her refusal to acknowledge or wait on certain guests — including us — is both unprofessional and disheartening. We’ve found ourselves checking who’s on staff before deciding to visit, which is not the experience we used to associate with Marble Heights. We hope management will take this feedback seriously, as we genuinely want to see Marble return to the welcoming place by all staff that...
Read moreIt hurts to have to leave such a low rating. I've been a regular at this location for almost six years and had met my fiance here who had been a regular for over three years. However, when we started bringing our newborn, apparently that became a problem. Despite having nothing but positive feedback from other customers and no complaints given by staff, my fiance and I were asked to leave with our child with no solid explanation or chance to talk about the issue and come to a mutual solution. Apparently complaints were made regarding our newborn being a disturbance with no evidence to back up such claims. Our daughter was even sleeping and made no sound when we were asked to leave. It seems that loyalty here has little value and I think this location needs to recheck themselves and reform their standards. I highly suggest families with kids avoid this establishment and find a brewery that backs up it's advertising of family friendly environment. Thank you for the memories Marble, but I will...
Read moreWe were sitting in the additional seating outside (not a part of the patio) and the waiter came to us asking if we wanted a drink. He noticed we had food from the food truck and told us we needed to leave and go stand in line if we wanted a drink because he said there was a wait. There was not a line when we walked up and we didn’t go through the front door we just sat outside right away because we saw inside was completely packed. There were at least 4-5 open tables around us when he kicked us out of the patio so I don’t know why he thought telling customers to leave was a good call. We decided to leave instead of go wait in the line because he was not nice about it at all and we felt very unwelcome. As we walked away we saw there was not a line of people waiting to get in. He kicked us out and told us to get back into line without even checking if there was a wait. I Won’t be returning. Also pretty sure they were super over...
