McDonald's — Restaurant in Albuquerque

ordered 1 quarter pounder deluxe meal, boy on speaker didn’t ask a single question about the meal, had a very rude unprofessional tone when speaking with me. at the second window i was told to park at number one as the boy closed the window as i was speaking, i asked for extra napkins and he said “yeah napkins in the bag” and shut the window. Sweet tea was unsweet tea and watered down to zero flavor. The fries were starting to deflate (meaning they are old). The quarter pounder deluxe came with mayo that was spilling out of the burger, manager tried telling me it’s made with mayo. Which it is made with ketchup and mustard. The patty was discolored and hard on the outside when they had me wait for “fresh food”. Called to tell the manager about the food and he told me it comes with mayo, they aren’t carrying onions, and asked for a name so it can be remade. This is an absolute most unacceptable unprofessional experience from a mcdonald’s. The manager i talked to was very rude when i told him i wanted a refund for the old food i received, he then groaned and said do you really do this everywhere you go. This is the worst McDonald' s in the city. If this had only happened once or twice I would not be writing this but it happens more than not for morning purchases. This morning, I had to tell the person 5 times what my order was. All it was was an egg/sausage/cheese biscuit and a diet coke. The first window where you pay was not open so you paid at the window where you normally pick up your food. At this window is where I was asked 4 additional times whatI ordered (first time at the mike, 4 times at the pickup window). I waiting thee over 5 minutes and she brought me my food saying egg and cheese biscuit? NO .. SAUSAGE EGG AND CHEESE and a large diet coke so she took the biscuit back to add the sausage. When I got to work, NO CHEESE and the diet coke was WARM and FLAT no carbonation. So much for an easily accessible McDonald's if you can't drive through in a timely manner with the correct order and correctly...

Waited 20 min in the drive thru, paid 20.00 bucks for microwaved burgers that looked like they got stepped on and cardboard fries. Not even my drinks were right. Called them, no answer til 5 calls later, talked to Cher( the manager) and demanded my money back. She told me my name would be put on a list. Went in the next day, took my receipt to Cher who referred me to another worthless manager named John who told me no refund would be given for the sick food I paid for but he'd be glad to replace my disgusting order. Took my receipt to get my order replaced today and was denied any kind of refund or replacement and referred to another manager.
