McDonald's — Restaurant in Albuquerque

The cashier was chopping her chewing gum while she was waiting for my order. I could here everything in the store, very unprofessional! I came up to the window, first thing I saw was a red bull sitting in sight. Cashier asked again me about my order. Quarter pounder deluxe, no cheese, no mayo, no mustard. I said yes. I handed her my card, she then handed it back after running it qith receipt and then looked away. I was like ok, guess I move foreward. Drove up to second window, food was handed straight away. I checked the bag, looked like what I ordered. Drove home. Got home, my husband's quarter pounder with cheese and 6 nuggets qere correct. I opened my boxed quarter pounder, wrong! They made it with extra cheese, extra mayo, extra mustard! I scrapped it off, can't eat it! Tried calling McDonald's to let them know it was made very wrong,no answer. Threw it in the trash and made myself a samwich. Called the next morning and afternoon, no answer. Went to website to let them know what happened, gave me a code for a free pie. First of all, this was a $6.00 burger that was horrible. Not only was it made incorrectly but, meat was not cooked correctly. Very pink, which to me says raw! And the worst part, is i was stuck with it! I wasn't going all the way back to have them remake it. I just won't go back ever! Guess the news was right, thats what happens when there's no adult's making sure the business isn't being run into the ground. And when did McDonald's start selling red bull?! Oh, they don't! Customer aware. You may not get exactly what you order from this location. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up through drive thru. I chose the pickup via drive thru option on the phone, but was told they couldn't find my order. I told them the order code quite a few times and they said they finally found the order and asked me to pull over to the next window. There I was told because it took too much time to locate my order, they had to let me go to the front door to pick it up. Okay, so I drove and parked at the front door but no one was there. Actually the door was locked and no one was allowed to get into the dine in area. When finally someone came out with a brown paper bag to greet me, I found out that was not what I had ordered, not even close. They had no idea what I ordered and needed to look at my phone. I also had to switch pickup option from drive thru to in store. After waiting for another while, they finally got the correct order out. This is definitely the longest drive thru I have ever had. But surprise didn't end here. When I opened the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, it was definitely prepared in a hurry without any quality control. The slices of tomatoes are missing, not to mention the noncrispy warm only chicken inside. Terrible experience. This is not the first time I ordered deluxe crispy chicken sandwich from McDonald's. Other locations are doing well, but this place is definitely the worst by far. Not only couldn't they get your order correct, but gave you the food of inferior quality compared to other locations. Went through the drive-thru on Tuesday, ordered a certain drink. Didn't get that drink. Was in a hurry an took the beverage that I didn't request for and left. I wasn't too pleased but had no choice since I had no time to spare for the McDonald's crew to correct. Although it clearly was marked on the cup sticker and my receipt, what kind of drink it WAS supposed to be. The next day with both cup and receipt in hand, I went inside and spoke to the manger. I didn't get mad, just let him know that PLEASE, just make sure that they get my order right next time. As this has happened on several occasions but I let them slide. Just NOT this time. But I'll keep coming back, because the service overall is GREAT. Friendly, courteous and the food is always done well. They never get mad nor have I seen an attitude from any of them like I have seen at various other McDonald's. The manager quickly took care of the problem and apologized. He was very kind and saw that my order was indeed prepared different. He cared enough to acknowledge the mistake. High 5 to this place. Although I can rate it higher on my scale.
